Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I genuinely appreciate it.

Our heat-activated tee is made with a performance polyester/elastane blend specifically chosen for its lightweight feel, durability, and the ability to react to temperature changes. Polyester can behave differently than natural fibers, but when cared for properly it shouldn’t retain odors long-term. A quick rinse after playing and regular washing usually keep it performing well.

That said, I always want you to feel good about your Valldoreix pieces. If you have any questions about care, or if there’s anything specific you noticed with your tee, feel free to reach out. I’m here to help.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. This product is designed to change color with body heat and warm temperatures.

We aim to be fully transparent about how our products work, and while defects are uncommon since each item goes through a quality check, we do offer free exchanges if something isn’t right.

We reached out a few weeks ago but haven’t heard back, and I’d really love to understand more about what didn’t work for you so we can make it right.

All our product photos are taken using the actual items, and we include both flat-lay shots and model photos to help customers get a good sense of fit and appearance. We also list the model’s height and weight for further sizing reference. I would love to hear more about what didn't work for you.

Hi Juan! I'm sorry to hear you didn’t like the last t-shirt you purchased. This was a lightweight design, which is why the fabric feels different. It’s made from 100% cotton and was designed specifically for training, rather than for styling, where a thicker cotton offers much higher quality like the other ones you bought before. However, we’ll definitely take your comments into account.
