Een heel goede firma,volgens de koerier zou mijn bestelde bril geleverd zijn maar ik kon hem nergens vinden...na contact hbb ze voorgesteld om een nieuwe op te sturen omdat de koerier zei dat ze het afgeleverd hdd.
Na een paar mails hbb ze zoals beloofd een nieuwe bril opgestuurd en ik ben zeer tevreden over de bril.

I recently bought the Herron glacier glasses, but returned them. They looked nice, but felt very cheap, the frames were just light plastic. If they’d been £30-40, I would have kept them, but they are not remotely worth the premium price the company is charging. The refund was easy and quick.

I'm incredibly happy with the Vallonn ski goggles. They look fantastic and are very comfortable. I had some issues with my storage box, but I received a new one within three days. Great service, I'm happy with them!

avoid this company, the service is shocking, they dont mention that the orders have to come from overseas and can take weeks to arrive, I ordered some new goggles 10 days before my trip and they still arent even in the country - stay away unless you can wait a month for what are very expensive items...all smoke and mirrors and then the customer serve is appalling , vague, slow and untruths

I had to contact Vallon Support due to an mistake from my side. I used the chat function and it was very easy to have it fixed! Great customer experience

I own several polarized sunglasses from different brands, so I am very familiar with how quality polarized lenses behave in real conditions.
Although these Vallon sunglasses are labeled as “Polarized”, in real use they do not perform like proper high-quality polarized lenses. There is no noticeable glare reduction, no light iris effect when tilting the head up and down, and overall the visual experience feels flat and unimpressive compared to other polarized sunglasses I own.
The build quality also feels quite basic for the price point, and seeing “Made in PRC” combined with the lens performance makes the product feel overpriced for what it actually delivers.
This may be acceptable for much cheaper sunglasses, but not at this price level. Buyers should be aware and manage their expectations before purchasing.

The ordering process was easy and tracking notifications were spot on. The packaging was high end as well. Quality product. I ordered the Heron Glacier’s.

The customer service is not good. For a simple question about shipping and delivery time, they are unable to provide a correct or honest answer. It takes less time to receive something from China than from Germany, which is probably because Vallon has chosen to cut costs by selecting the absolute cheapest shipping option.

Box damaged, glasses damaged, they look like they cost £5 from a charity shop, in fact a charity shop wouldn’t even sell them, what a croc of crap 💩 I’ve never seen anything this bad for £116.00 😂🤦🏻‍♂️ absolute garbage.

Once I discovered that these sunglasses were made in Taiwan I was extremely disappointed. Given all there hype and the impression that I was buying a quolity European product. This practice is often referred to as "origin washing" or "country of origin deception" in marketing, where a brand leverages the prestige or reputation associated with a place (like French design or Swiss quality) without actually manufacturing the goods there. Enough said.

We bought Vallon sunglasses for our kid for bike. They are good! Build quality, optics and ergonomics are perfect.

Perfect retro sunglasses, prompt delivery and excellent value.

Case was a little bit fiddly, kept popping open.

I got the Freebirds goggles with a silver lens and also got an extra copper lens. Really great in respectively sunny and cloudy and sunny conditions. Nice wide view due to the shape of the goggle, perfect! And smooth looking off course...

They are great and resistente, I have 5 pair in every color and waiting for my sixth.. love them

I really like the glasses, they fit very well, look good, are light to wear and are perfect protection from the sun. The side shields protect from dust and glare.
The material they are made of is excellent and sturdy and the lenses are fantastic and provide excellent visibility.
Excellent protective leather case.
I am absolutely satisfied.
I highly recommend and will definitely buy another pair soon!

I have 5 pairs of Vallon sunglasses and I am really happy with them. The price is just right and the quality is top notch.

I am using my Vallon Howlin Sunglasses everyday.. This pair ticked all my needs. One of the needs i have to have is the headband..I get to keep the Howlin glasses on me all day. Cycling/day to day office/walks with the dog/days at the beach.
At the beginning of everyday this is the first thing i put on my body.. The lenses are fantastic. I am using the green lenses which was another one the needs i need in a pair of sunglasses. After one year this pair from Vallon have not changed one bit.
