Listen to the reviews… can’t believed I ordered without looking anything up cause I usually never do that. Order cologne 2 weeks ago. Emailed asking about shipping and then got charged an extra $40 the same day that they replied. And they said “shipping got delayed”. Obviously never getting nothing. DONT BUY

This company must be a fraud. After emails they were also trying to get money from my account after they were paid.

I purchased an order 30/01 and waited nearly a month and still recieved nothing. I’m waiting for them to refund my money for the refunded items and still nothing and its been weeks! Yet they’ve charged me $$ for their subscription. Quick to take money but slow to deliver their products! Emailing team was good at first but now it just seems automated

Been getting charged for this and o dont even know how they got my vars info. Attempted to contact the "business" number (469-506-4995). And it goes directly to personal voicemail. This is definitely a scam. Now waiting for bank to refund me.

If I could rank this company negative stars I would. I paid for the product and they literally NEVER SENT IT. it’s been a since JANUARY 31st and they KEEP lying about having courier issues. It was only 39 bucks but I’m definitely filing a bbb complaint. Company does terrible business.

I placed a order on January 15 and it is now March 20. I've been told it's an courier issue . Such BS if I can give zero stars I would.

This company is an absolute joke and, honestly, feels like a straight-up scam.

I paid $86 for a bottle of cologne and instead received a worthless rubber scrub brush that looks like it came from a dollar bin. Completely wrong item, zero quality control, and zero accountability.

When I reached out to Vallore, it somehow got worse. Instead of fixing THEIR mistake, they told me I had to leave a 5-star review before they would even start helping me. That is beyond shady—it’s manipulative and dishonest. They are literally trying to buy fake reviews while screwing over their customers.

I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and did everything they asked, just to get my money back. After jumping through all their ridiculous hoops, they promised me a full refund.

That was over TWO MONTHS AGO.

No refund. No follow-up. No resolution. Just silence.

So let me be very clear: you will not get what you paid for, and if something goes wrong, they will stall, mislead you, and waste your time until you give up.

Save yourself the frustration and keep your money far away from this company.

Never ordered and was scammed out of 39.99 for a membership.

Well I have given this company 6 months to refund my money. They have written me back probably 10 times saying that they were going to do it and they have yet to refund. My money is the same old thing we've talked to it. We've expedited. You'll have it in 7 days at least 10 times. They have responded the same way. If anybody out there reads this and you spend a dime with this company you might as well go ahead and write it off. They are garbage. I'm pretty sure that no one actually works at this. Whatever this is but vallore Is shit!! I'm not even going to capitalize the name of this so-called company because I'm pretty sure it doesn't exist! Once again I would like everybody who reads this to write a review and let's shut this. Whatever this is down because it's nothing but a scam!! I'm not even going to review the verbage in this review because it doesn't really matter because this company doesn't exist!! True garbage vallore bullshit Is what they sell I didn't even look the date up that I did business with this so-called company. But I'm sure it was in September. What a joke. Please everybody do a review for this company. Give them a one because they're garbage!!

I put order in but I used a prepaid card but still haven’t got my order

Definitely a scam! I’ve been trying to get my money back from these people since September of 2025. They’ve been responding to emails but they claim my refund is still
being processed.

I brought some cologne or at least I thought I brought some cologne from them . I paid $25 & never got my product & it's been 2 months now. They still charge me $19.99 for something I haven't got, on top of that still no refund. James need to be in fined & in jail.

I made a purchase at the end of January 2026. It is now March and I have not received my order or any information about it. I was also charged a reoccurring subscription of $39.99. I have reached out to them and I am waiting for an email back. If it had not been for bank flagging the transaction as fraud, they would have continued to take the $39.99 out of my account. I did not sign up for a monthly or reoccurring subscription.
