These people are obviously selling cheap Chinese shit and making it sound good on their website. I bought a
softshell jacket which turned up far too small and of really poor quality, when I tried to organise a return I was asked to send videos of the product and explain why I wanted to return it. I did this and heard absolutely nothing from them, they wouldn't respond to my emails. I have since been on to trading standards Netherlands and await their reply. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM TIS COMPANY YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE MORE GRIEF THAN YOU DESERVE. People like this should be stopped from trading .

After contacting the alleged customer service assistant (more like an AI chat bot) I'm being fobbed off with discount offers on further purchases until the inevitable expiry of their worthless 30 day refund policy.
If you want to throw your hard earned cash down the drain, or like buying expensive fake products then Velmontimode is just the place to go.

My item arrived over two weeks after I ordered it. It was the wrong colour. The quality of the garment was not good it was very small for a medium size I ordered. I have tried to contact the company, no response. Do not bother to order anything from this website.

I ordered a blazer it didn't look nothing like the photo on website and is very cheap material. I have requested for a refund label but no response from the non existence customer service team! This company is a scam DO NOT PURCHASE!

After two weeks waiting for my order, the parcel arrived opened in half and closed again with tape. You can clearly see that someone has done something on it. The quality of the item is terrible, Temuco garments have better quality than this.

Chinese plastic crap. Genuine Leather biker jacket!!, only genuine part was the zip. Supposed to be XXL, yeah for the oompa loompas who made it. Well done China another quality product, must be proud of the rubbish you churn out. Will be investigating your european address for redress, and as much legal pain can be inflicted.

I bought a pair of boots from this company and I’m certain they are fake — the worst product I’ve ever purchased. The ad said “Women’s Leather Boots – Flexible Fit, Soft Lining & All-Day Comfort” and the price was £110.00, with a 50% discount. I thought that was fair since it’s the end of winter.

The product definitely came from China. It is not leather at all — it’s made of very poor-quality material, honestly something you’d expect from Poundland. After buying, I checked the store’s reviews and they are all terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!

On top of that, it took almost 3 weeks to arrive, and the product is nothing like what was described. It’s not worth a single penny.

My husband ordered a HH jacket which was not what was delivered. Poor quality China crap. Currently trying to get money back and return it but proving difficult. £50 rip off. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered womans leather boots, I got cheap plastic boots, the product is absolutely crap. Do not buy from them! They need to be shut down.
