Customer service could use some training. I'm a veteran and a repeat customer who has spent at least a few grand in the Pinellas Park & Lakeland outlet locations and I'm always telling buddies to go shop there. Would be nice to get a free t-shirt like I did in the past for big purchases or for workers to crack a smile at least.

I purchased the BD11 with the lat pull attachment. I got this for my home gym for myself and my Son. 1st I was shocked how fast I received the item. It was well packaged and came in 3 separate boxes. The cage is very well made and extremely sturdy. It's perfect for any home gym set up. It takes up minimal space in my garage and I can get a complete workout on the cage. The price is very competitive and I'm extremely happy with the quality of the cage. I have had the cage for couple of weeks now with regular use and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Good quality. I installed it on a wall framed with wood studs, so I had to use a stringer board for the bolts to have something to attach to. Feels very secure. My bar did have knurling, like in the pictures

Products were crooked and very cheaply made. Will never order again.

Safe and good looking products

Top notch people selling great equipment. We use their equipment in a heavy use commercial setting, and it does amazing.

Pros- Free, fast shipping and handling. Great glove stitching.

Con- Workout gloves too thin, uncomfortable and do not offer any form of padding.

Unfortunately, I will not buy this piece of equipment again.

I bought a Valor BD-62 pulley system. As a professional Armwrestler, I needed a simple training system for home gym use. I’ve had it since 2018 and it helped me win the National Championship in 2021. I need to replace a piece on it and contacted the company. Within hours, the part was identified by a very helpful guy, the price was ridiculously low ($25) and he had the order placed for me the same day.

I love this company, the pulley system is fantastic (and many, many Armwrestlers now use the same product), and the customer service is amazing.

I never “gush” about a company, but this place stands out. Today, you have a hard time getting any company to help - not so with Valor. Good company all around.

Good product for a reasonable price. I would have gone with 5 stars if the full set of resistance bands had come with 5 wall anchors instead of just 2.

The equipment is great easy to setup and use looks great I am happy with speed at which I can get to my work out .
