There was a plastic piece that arrived broken. I emailed Valor and received the replacement within 48 hrs. Excellent customer service. Assembly is easier if you watch their you tube video rather than the paper that comes in the box. Machine is working fine!

Large dent in the main support frame of the rack I bbought. Also some. Of the bolt holes weren't properly punched out.
Didn't happen in shipping. My son tossed the shipping boxes so the return process would've been a hassle so we kept it. It still works but I wish I would've spent my money elsewhere. My time is very limited so when I order something, I want it to be a quality product and not have to do the emailing back and forth to right the issue which was the case here.

Went to Valor to purchase a heavy duty bench to replace my little wobbly incline and skinny flat bench. Valor has a huge selection of benches, was given all the time I needed to sit on, move them around -basically try them all out. I bought the DD-41 Heavy Duty Flat - Incline Utility Weight Bench. It is the ultimate bench! Truley the last bench I will ever buy.

Really good packaging, great product especially at the price point. I would give 4.5 stars if able, only reasons being one piece of plastic was minorly damaged (not affecting performance) and the instructions for assembly could be more clear.
