The chains arrived in good shape and are an excellent tool in my garage gym. Delivery was slowed a little because the package was "Out for Delivery" for four days (probably due to weight), but no problems otherwise.

So far so good. I have no complaints.

Decent equipment, though not the sturdiest out there. For example, while the welds look good, there are many places a support is only welded on the front and back of the support and not on the sides. I don't plan on lifting super heavy weights, so they serve my purpose and the price was right.

The equipment was really solidly built. I had a issue with one of the parts and I emailed them and it was replaced quickly. The customer service was great

The prices are fair,generally cheaper than the big names in fitness.The products are just as good from what I can see also,sometimes better. I have been able to buy a couple things I would never have thought I could afford as a result. So yeah Im happy with them,as a company.

I met the Valor team late June in Greenville at Fitfest (CrossFit Comp). Had a nice discussion. Bought my first Valor vest. The wires came loose. Continue to pull out. I reassembled and watched videos. Slightly disappointed as the quality hasn’t met the name I was used to.

I have sent multiple emails about an issue with a product and never received a reply.

Well packaged. Great product. Got the seated calf machine and so far no issues with it. It’s been a month so far.

I bought the safety spotter arms and they are a great addition to the home gym. I had a small issue with the way it fit on one side of the rack so I reached out to customer service. They were very quick to respond and help me out! They sent me a replacement, hassle free, and everything ended up working out great. Very happy with the purchase and I plan on buying more Valor equipment in the future.
