Se contactaron de inmediato conmigo via e-mail para atender mi queja y solicitud de reembolso, el cual no se realizará hasta que haya realizado esta encuesta. Posteriormente indican que en un plazo de 7 a 10 días se realizará el reembolso, el cual quedaré pendiente aún de que sea así.

This company is a scam they charge peoples cards without authorization they don’t ever send the actual product, but issued a refund for my purchase after I repeatedly asked when my package would be arriving and as many other dissatisfied customers have stated they felt they had to put a 4 star review to be able to receive the refund for unauthorized charges. I think Trustpilot should investigate this company and its sister company to see if anyone has ever actually received products from them

Publicidad engañosa para que uno al completar la información y pagar queda directamente suscrito a su plataforma y no recibe lo que supuestamente la publicación ofrecía y lo peor que automáticamente se realizan rebajós sin autorización o concentimiento de uno y le realizan el csrgo a la tarjeta, lo veo como una estafa

Fueron muy amables conmigo pero ahora quiero la devolución de mis dos dineros lo más pronto posible, me engañaron 2 veces con el anuncio de las bicicletas eléctricas

es una estafa , llevo casi un mes no dan respuesta , no te devuelven el dinero y hacen que califiques para "poder gestionar la devolución" cada vez que te comunicas con ellos

I received notice that I had a membership with Valorsuit. I sent an email requesting cancelation of this membership because I never signed up. The Escalation Team responded immediately to resolve my request to cancel membership.

Been scammed. I’ve never shopped from this store yet they repeatedly take $8.04 from my account TWICE! Then when I asked for a refund they’re only giving me $6.88.
