Excellent customer service

These people are absolutely amazing to work with. I made a mistake when I ordered a gift for my husband and they were very quick to help me fix my mistake. I had ordered a custom cap for him and instead of ordering the combat engineer in my order details I had accidentally clicked on the US army logo. They were not able to change the order because it was a few days before I realized my mistake, but they were able to help me get him the correct one at a discounted price. And it works out for him because he was a combat engineer in the army so now he has 2 hats to enjoy. They have been very kind and helpful and go above and beyond with customer service. I will definitely order from them again with any gifts for my husband and family members that are veterans.

Fantastic team to work with

Fantastic team to work with! My father in laws original valor tailor hat blew off in high winds while we were traveling. Big bummer as it was his favorite hat. I got the new one ordered from the car and the valor tailor team did a great job on the replacement! -happy veteran’s son-in-law

Excellent quality and workmanship!

You can tell by the quality of their product they take pride in their work. They will be my go to for all my embroidered or printed hats from now on.
