Excellent friendly service and good advice in dealing with rat/mouse problem in holiday rental.

Steve did a fantastic job for us managing a large wasp nest that had set up in our energy meter outside cupboard. The wasps have not returned and Steve was very efficient coming to visit us the same day we put in a request.

Steve from valour services was really helpful from the start. Survey carried out with the cost of it deducted from the necessary work agreed. Site visits pre agreed before commencing and reports sent after every trip. A first class service in every way.

We have had a rat problem in our loft which he had sorted over the past 2-3 months while being very thorough, I honestly could not fault the service at all Stephen and his college Richie was absolutely brilliant, he had explained the entire process from start to finish while be professional, very polite and accommodating also being brilliant people to talk to.
If anyone was to have any issues I would absolutely recommend him, I had no faults with him at all and honestly would have him come back again in the future if I was to have any issues as such.

This is a very good company. They offer a very speedy and reliable service. We saw two bed bugs and were sent into a frenzy of panic, Steve was very helpful and understanding, we were offered an immediate service and both he and Gary were really nice to work with. So far the treatment appears to have been successful, much to our relief!

I am really grateful to Valour for sorting this grim situation out. I had to find a second company after the first company messed up the job of clearing a bed bug infestation in two bedrooms. Nothing prepares you for how upsetting and disruptive something like this is. I cannot recommend this company more. They are super experienced, kind, and efficient. Steve helped us from the first phone call, giving advice on how to tackle our moth problem. He then visited us to see and treat the property, giving us a good deal for the bespoke and thorough treatment he offered. Steve is also really friendly and put us at ease about the problem. Would definitely recommend.

Stephen is a professional and very reliable. He keeps the customer fully informed by email and texts. Stephen is thoughtful, intelligent and polite. I also think, given the number of visits, he charges very reasonably.
