Supert skipping rope, using the weighted leather one.. excellent to use both in and out door.. using outdoor in the summer using a yogamat.. and amazing customer support.

I recently bought a Valour Strike 3 rope jumping set and asked them how I might access spare ropes should zi need them. My email was almost immediately answered by John who was incredibly helpful and pointed me to a YouTube channel for sizing their ropes. I am very impressed with this product compared to others I have purchased. There is real attention to detail and at a price which is very reasonable compared to competitors. I'd also commend their after sales service, second to none. You won't be disappointed should you buy this jump rope combo. Mike

Bought a pair of gloves from Valour Strike. Great gloves but had a minor manufacturing issue with one. Contacted the team and received a prompt response and a solution to the issue immediately. Great company to purchase from!

I have to say the level of customer service I've experienced from Valour Strike has been absolutely exceptional. I ordered the weighted skipping rope and noticed the payment was taken from my banking account twice (payment bounced back, no problem regarding VS.) I contacted customer service and had an immediate reply from John, including a screenshot of the transaction history, all within about 10-15 mins of me ordering the actual item! I was advised by John that the item would be packaged and posted there and then and it arrived the very next day! The quality of the skipping rope is impeccable, strong and durable, real leather, and handles with removable weights. It is easily adjustable and includes the appropriate allen key.

Ordered speed ropes & 16oz sparring gloves, on receiving my order the gloves I received were 10oz gloves, promptly wrote to & with in the hour John got back to me order was amended & was allowed to keep the 10oz along with the 16oz that arrived 2 days later great bunch of lads/lassies to do business with 100% be back again

Ordered the kids boxing gloves, Pink and Black… amazing quality. Then went onto order the shin pads and again the quality is brilliant. Arrived quickly, excellent service.

"I ordered a pair of Pro 'All Blacks' Boxing Gloves (Hybrid Lace-Up & Loop) from Valour Strike, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The gloves arrived, but they are far too small and completely unwearable. I reached out to their customer service multiple times to request either a refund or an exchange for a larger size, but I've been completely ignored. It's as if the company is ghosting me, with zero communication or acknowledgment of my issue. This level of disregard for customers is appalling and reflects extremely poorly on Valour Strike. I strongly advise against buying anything from them. Their lack of professionalism and terrible customer service is a major red flag."

Been a fan of there's for year ways used their equipment when I was oncoming thriught the ranks of muya Thai kick boxing and boxing carrier

I had an issue with stitching coming away on one of my training pads. I messaged to explain the issue I was having and the customer service team replied straight away with a phone call which I missed and then a follow up email. The customer service member who was dealing with my issue was Rachel. Her first email straight away apologised for the problem I had encountered with my pad. Following a few emails between us, Rachel went above and beyond to help me sort the problem out. Rachel really renewed my faith in that people are still really proud of the company they work for and are willing to go that extra mile to help their customers out. I can’t recommend this company more. Their products are first class and then if you ever do have a problem, which I do believe would be rare, with somebody like Rachel on their customer service team, you can guarantee that what ever issue you may have, it will be resolved perfectly. Not many companies deserve a 5 star review but Valour Strike do.

I have used equipment bought from valour strike for over 5 months, pads and gloves are all great to use and very comfortable. Recently had to report a problem with my gloves. Customer service rep rachel was great at resolving my issue and replacements were sent. Good company and great customer service.

Gloves broke got a new pair posted instantly, top quality

Great products and great service, had a small problem with one of the pads that the rope stitching had come loose, they replaced it immediately. Can’t recommend them enough

Just need to share great service from this company. When there was a mix up with a delivery, they quickly sorted the issue sending the correct item by next day delivery for free and also giving free gift for compensation for any inconvenience caused. Staff very polite and efficient and dealing with issues.
Also, gloves my son bought were of very good quality.

Excellent service and product. Bought boxing sparring gloves for Krav Maga training. There was an problem with delivery - but that's on Royal Mail, absolutely not VS's fault. Issue was resolved quickly and efficiently by superb customer service.
Can't recommend them highly enough! Gloves are great too, look forward to hitting things... I'll be back. A+
