I still can't access my account, so I can neither deposit nor withdraw. It's been an absolute disaster. I trusted them and they ruined it, because they want to keep my money to themselves. Every time I think about the situation, I get angry all over again. I almost lost so much money, that I am very embarrassed to tell anyone about. I had to open a case with Tagan Co. and they promised to look into it and recover my deposits, and they did. Please learn from my mistake. Don't give ValtrixGroup any money

I started dealing what this platform awhile ago after awhile I didn't have access to my platform and without access to your platform. How can you invest? The company is a total scam
I asked to get my account. Canceled.
And try retrieve my money. No reply.
This company is a pure scam.

Overall my experience with ValtrixGroup is pretty average. They do what they promise and the basic service is there. But communication and transparency could be better. Replies are not always fast and sometimes it’s unclear about timing and details. There’s room to improve.

Please refrain from dealing with this broker. I

funds were lost, but ”Qualified Legal Alliance Europe“ helped me to recover all my stolen money.

I HOPE OTHERS WHO HAVE FALLEN VICTIM TO THESE SCAMS CAN ALSO GET THEIR MONEY BACK AND EXPOSE THESE THIEVES FOR WHAT THEY REALLY ARE.

I WAS FULLY CONVINCED THAT IT IS GENUIN COMPANY, BUT HE WAS NOT READY TO WAIT FOR 1 HOUR SO I HAVE TO CHECK THE COMPANY BUT EVENTUALLY HE CALLED ME AFTER 20 MINUTES BUT DURING THAT 20 MIN. I CHECK THE COMPANY PROFILE IT IS A SCAM. DURING THE INITIAL QUESTIONING THEY WILL ASK UR ALL UR FINANCIAL DETAILS LIKE DO U HAVE LINE OF CREDIT, ANY CREDIT CARDS, TO QUALIFY YOU FOR SCAM.WHEN THIS SAMIR CALLED ME I ASK HIM WHY HE IS SCAMING THE POOR CANADIANS THEN HE SUDDENLY ABSUPTLY DISCONNECTED THE PHONE. IT IS A SCAM.PLEASE DONT PICKUP CALLS FROM ANY VALTRIXG OR ANY COMPANY FROM U.K.

This is a total scam. They gave an address for their location and could not even describe the street. Please do not be fooled.

The brocker is a scam, my friend deposited 50K. The fake trade entered 11/07/2025 at 148.80 for NVDA While the market was at 163 on the low of the Day. The trade netted 85k in profit in 2 weeks. The agent closed the position. Tried too withdraw and then a mirror transaction was offered via protonmail. 6k fées was demanded. Absolute scam. Dont ever trust this broker
