Absoluterly great

Absoluterly great, I made a partnership with them and they were all down for it, helped me throughout the short journey I had with them due to unfavourable circumstances of myself. Responded even during times when staff support wasn't even open. Didn't have a single issue with the server. Even gave me a trial period to help me with my issues. I would suggest this to anyone who asks me and I've tried many hostings.

absolutly no support

absolutly no support, server shuting down and cause of no support you lose like a few day but you are still paying

However, after investigating your customer profile, we noticed that there were no support tickets created or attempts to contact us regarding this issue. We cannot help if we don't know there is a problem.

Our support team is active and ready to assist via the Client Area on our website. Please open a ticket so we can investigate what happened, fix your server, and compensate you for the lost days. We want you to get the service you paid for.

ValueGameNode is great! I really like the support and prices are very affordable. The support answers rapidly and gives easily to understand instructions.
I really recommend this.

My Experience So Far

so far, i've had a great experience! The server runs very well, and is quite affordable compared to other services. Support has also been incredibly helpful and kind with any questions, and it's very simple and straightforward to start up the server !!
