• We offer several shipping options, from UPS Ground through to UPS Air Next Day.
• Shipping times and options are clearly shown on every product page.
• All orders include full tracking once dispatched.
• Some valves are stock items. Others are on back order, and lead times are shown at checkout.
If there is ever any doubt, our team is easy to reach.

• Phone sales support
We’re always happy to check an order or explain delivery times before or after purchase.
We also want to note that we do not run adverts, so it’s possible there has been some confusion with another supplier.

Good lead times and products
Product showed up when it was promised, and the pricing was competitive. We've had a valveshop valve installed for a year now with no issues, after having several issues with the ASCO valves.
