Awesome Jackplate and Service

Great jackplate, and customer service
I've had my 5" jackplate installed for about 4 years now. Works great, haven't had any issues. 16' jonboat, 20 hp mercury prop. Couldn't remember the hp rating of my jackplate. Want to upgrade to a 25 hp jet. Emailed the company and got a response the same day! Continued our email conversation on Sunday! What company corresponds on a Sunday? Very helpful, and much appreciated!

Awesome Products and Customer Service
Great people and company to do business with! After 2 conversations with the owner about technical advice and then having to make a change to my order I believe all these products from a design standpoint are the best due to Edward having such an inventors mindset. The design of the jack plate and how they adjust are the best I’ve seen. I made my order late in the evening and it shipped the next day. Arrived very well packaged and looks awesome.

Fast shipping but i thought or maybe i assumed it would be one 2 inch thick adapter plate and not 2 one inch plates that i was purchasing…because i already had 1 one inch plate and now i have three one inch plates…no where did it state 2 one inch plates that you bolt together…more detailed explanation of what you are purchasing is needed…

Perfection all around!!
