The images of the products they show dont match what you get. The jacket I tried was so thin it might be classified as a long sleeve shirt. It was horrible and I sent it back to China for a full refund at my cost. It's cheap and nasty, steer clear.

Basically a scam. STAY AWAY!

I have experienced first-hand all the negatives from the other reviews:
- slow delivery
- extremely low quality product, different from the website's photos and description
- inaccurate sizing (bought an "M" which was more like an XS)
- f***ed up refund process (have to post to CHINA for a PARTIAL refund)

Should've looked them up before buying.

If I could I would give ZERO stars, the worst items of clothing I have ever received - after having the audacity to send me an item in a colour I didn’t order to then tell me I would need to return it to get a refund and cover the return postage which amounted to $50 is totally unacceptable.
Avoid this horrible scam like the plague.

Material is shockingly thin and see through for what you are paying. Sizing is wrong and I assumed the shop was in Melbourne but everything by gets shipped to you from china. When asking for a refund they offer to send me the correct size and I can keep the items for 10USD otherwise if I want a refund I need to pay for costs to return the item which is more than the items purchased and they offer to refund 15% of my total cost. Will never purchase items from here again. Absolutely a rip off poor quality and bad customer service. If I could give minus 10 star rating I would.

Sizing is absolutely wrong. Be careful they make you refund and will take almost half your pay for them. It also took forever so don’t buy if you don’t like to wait or need Australian service

This was my reply when I asked to return their disgustingly crappy suits which did not fit and were if such poor quality, I wouldn't wash my dog with them:

I had a time in hospital due to a serious heart episode and missed the return window.

Their reply was "NO REFUND, YOU'RE OUTSIDE THE RETURN WINDOW!"

My reply was:

"What a disgrace!!!

I simply cannot believe you won't assist a customer that almost died and was unable to open these suits until now, missing you return window???

That's just horrible; Where are your values?

I am looking for flexibility here and for you to think outside the box and treat this case as an extraordinary exception.

Honestly, avoid at all costs!! Note, the reviews all all mostly 1 star. The products are rubbish. Enough said. These people are thieves!

Products of worst fabric and stitching quality. Not Aus based, keywords are optimised in such a manner to look and sound more local. Office address is from a shed in Amsterdam product get shipped from China.

DONOT buy you'll waste your money.

Such poor quality - you’d be better off shopping on Shein! Such a rip off. Then they only offer a 10% refund or to return my item they want me to pay for shipping to China, which I have very little faith that I would ever get my money back.

Sizes way too small.

Have tried to contact them twice through their customer care to resize or refund the item but they have not got back to me.

They are selling cheap quality, only in pictures it looks good . They are not in Melbourne they Based in china. All return you have to send china warehouse. Last two months they did not refund my money. They already received my posted jacket.

SCAM
This company pretends to be based in Melbourne but makes you return items to China. Their return policy is deceptive and possibly illegal under Australian Consumer Law.

I bought two items, neither fit, and they:
• Offered only a 10–30% refund to avoid a proper return
• Demanded I pay expensive international return fees
• Asked me to falsely declare a low customs value, which is illegal

They refuse to follow basic consumer rights like offering a full refund or covering return costs for faulty or misrepresented items.

I’ve reported them to ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria.
Avoid this seller — it’s not worth the risk.

They are not based in Australia, or Nederland's.. they ship from china .. very substandard product . And they dnt honour thier return policy until it’s returned to china . Which will cost more than the product. Its open daylight robbery .. I have reported this scam

I ordered boots from this store. They arrived and are a smaller fit and very cheap construction. I requested a return the same day they arrived. To be told they don’t do returns only exchanges. I sent through the return policy to be told they do do returns and offered me discounts to keep the product. When I said I wanted to return and full refund they said that it must be returned to China and that I top of postage there will be duty fees. I’m waiting for further response but it looks like the only way is to take the partial refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Complete scam! Bomber mens jacket was of extremely poor quality that had no resemblance to garment on the website. Garment did not have any identifying label, not even care instructions label.

Cheap crap from China. You need to return the products to China at your expense and pay duty which costs more than the item. No interaction with people from Melbourne as far as I can see. One star because the shirt fit as described.

Chinese company not Australian as the name would suggest, took forever to arrive and sizing...I got 2XL and fits like a medium, quality is nothing as reflected in pictures....so now I'm $150 worse off than before.

DISGRACEFUL

As soon as I opened the package I knew it was rubbish. Button holes were not sewn properly so on the first fitting they became disfigured. The pullover knitting was really poor with large loose loops and loose ends, the shape of the garment was uneven. No labels with washing instructions, or size and the material felt horrible. I should have read the reviews before wasting $84
