The vanilla beans are nice and plump, with an oily sheen and have a relatively soft and pliable outer pod that can be easily sliced open and scrapped to remove the vanilla seeds.
Not to mention the pure vanilla extract which contains no artificial ingredients or added sweeteners. It adds a sweet, creamy flavor to baked goods
