Have ordered a number of times! Delivery to Northern Ireland. Never a problem! Sue in Sales is lovely to deal with too - very quick to respond to any queries. 100% perfect service!

I am surprised by the bad reviews on here to be honest because my experience was fabulous. I had ordered some items on b&q and Vanilla Wood Floor was the compnay fulfilling the order. I received some voicemails from Vanilla about my order, querying the size, to make sure it was right. They went out of their way in contacting me to let me know. It is very much appreciated and it seems very rare these days that you get this level of service. They said they did email me on me on the b&q portal but unfortunately, i don't get any emails from third party suppliers so it was great that they rang me.

I would recommend Vanilla Wood Floors and definitely purchase my osmo from them again! Shout out to them for calling me 😀

AVOID at all costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. If the item you receive is faulty or not up to standard, they refuse to take responsibility and make you jump through endless hoops with forms before even considering a refund. Their customer service is shockingly unprofessional and dismissive—they simply don’t care about their customers.

One lady in particular, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She initially claimed that Osmo Putty cannot be used on floors (despite them being a flooring company). When I provided proof that it can, they still wriggled out of taking any responsibility. This is completely unacceptable and goes against basic consumer rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

I’m disgusted by how I’ve been treated and will never order from them again. If you’re considering buying from this company, think twice—you’ll regret it if you ever need to deal with their appalling customer service.

Good prices, good range of products, quick efficient delivery. Recommended.
