Wife bought some wind deflectors for my van. When open wasn’t the ones I wanted, ask for returns procedure! Waited ages for reply. Got the returns details, returned them. Chased and chased for credit, then told me ‘I was out of their returns time. “Whaaatt” and by one day!!. Petty, won’t use again. Poor after sales…

Bought the Vanimal predator roof rack for my Ford transit custom van. Nearly 6 months later it’s still not sorted. Just in the process of stripping it down to replace most of the bolts which are now badly rusted. Bought replacements myself (another £50) because I gave up with the company. Tried to get my money back but every hurdle goes up. Put it in writing blah blah. Zero sense of customer service, you just wait and wait and there’s always an excuse. I’ve already taken a day out to drive to Yorkshire because the thing was so hard to fit. I just wouldn’t recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience with Vanimal.com regarding a return and refund.

I returned the items via DPD to the exact address they provided and informed them on 10 December that the return had been shipped. I followed up again on 19 December and 30 December, but received no response at all.

Later, Vanimal told Klarna that the return had been shipped to the “wrong address,” despite the fact that they then confirmed in writing that the goods had come back to them and were inspected.

They then tried to offer only a partial refund instead of the full amount.

The whole process felt extremely misleading and unfair, and the lack of communication made it even worse. This was a straightforward return, yet it was handled in a way that left me feeling completely taken advantage of.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. As you can see in the other reviews, they do similar things to all their customers. Don't be fooled with their ads, avoid this company by all means!

Very good fit had a small issue and the team reached out to me and rectified it straight away mistakes happen in business its how you deal with them that matters 👍

Brought a bonnet protector for my VW Crafter and did not fit, fitting instructions were very poor! Arranged to have a refund, filled in the form and sent item back as per customer services at cost of over £50 and have not received anything back, being told I can not have my money back and they have kept the product and probably re sold it! Would not recommend these people very poor !

I ordered a storage system for my vw transporterwouldn't help. They said I should have referenced the measurements in the advert but these are overall measurements so don't indicate shelf heights. I'm left with no option but to remake the end panels myself or accept my tools don't fit. So in conclusion I'd advise you buy elsewhere unless you don't care how big the shelves or compartments are.

I recently bought this van racking, and it was impossible to build as it came. The plywood slots didn’t line up properly, and I had to manually cut and adjust pieces just to make it fit together. It ended up taking me hours to get it right.

There were also no instructions included, and the YouTube video made the assembly look a lot easier than what I actually received.

That said, after all the extra effort, the final product isn’t too bad,it does what you’d expect once it’s finally built. But be prepared for a frustrating build process if you’re considering buying this.

I haven’t bothered to contact the company, because from other reviews I’ve read, they just blame the user anyway and offer zero support.

The ply they use is the cheapest they can lay there hands on all the black layer just flakes off when getting tools in and out some was already like it out the box.No instructions which they say is included. There is much better out there and cheaper

Delivered quickly and well packaged. The side rail looks excellent on my van, and the smoked wind deflectors do too. Absolutely thrilled with the purchase.

We're really happy with our new racking. The instructions could have been clearer, but we figured it out, and their YouTube videos were a big help. Delivery was quick, arriving in just a few days. Excellent value and something I'd gladly recommend.

I ordered some shelving for my Ford Connect. It was great value and arrived sooner than expected. Putting it together was simple and didn't take long. I'll definitely order again.

I ordered racking for my Peugeot Boxer and fitting it was a breeze thank to the clear, straightforward instructions.

Wooden racking contained no instructions in the box and the online instructions were pretty useless. It’d be great seeing as they have produced them on a cnc machine if they could pilot where the screw holes need to go as simply gluing and pushing together wont work and if your gonna need screws maybe they could with their very expensive machine pre drill them.
Completed the installation and looks good but just annoyed that I had to pre drill and screw about a 100 screws which would have taken a lot less time with their machine.
