Van Junkies レビュー

Excellent and efficient service with the battery arriving extremely well packaged

Kept up to date with shipping nd tracking information. Solar panel arrived the next day, cables and extras a couple of days after that.
Please to deal with

Van Junkies certainly know their stuff, had a brand new campervan have upgraded charging which involved extra 100w panel, B to B charger, and a better mppt controller.
We had a few issues after installation but Nick was fantastic and prioritised a fix for our issues immediately with no hesitation.
Fantastic customer service.
Would thoroughly recommend.

5 stars for this company, had all the victron equipment from them very polite and good after sales,

Great service messaged for advice on a Sunday morning early and had an answer back and a link to what I needed and was delivered by Wednesday. First class service

My experience with Van Junkies was exceptional, the delivery was on time.I had a problem with the brackets which they exchanged for me right away,I'm very pleased with the results,I now have solar power in my van. Many thanks John B 👍

Great communication there not fitted yet so can’t review product yet

Quick and easy from ordering to delivery.

I can't say just how helpful Van Junkies are! I was in a spot of trouble the day before leaving on a trip with a broken hob. I rang Van Junkies and they managed to send the item next day before 12:00 (at a fair delivery charge).
Without their quick service I would have been having to look at temporary options. Thank you!!
The hob itself is great, an efficient induction hob at a competitive price!

Great service and very helpful
Highly recommend 👌

I bought a van to convert myself and figured I could sort the off grid electrics out myself, so I purchased a few items online and then panicked about overloading the system and wrecking my much loved van. I contacted Nick and gave him some specs and a few days later he had built a system specific to my needs. The items were dispatched and arrived quickly and the wiring diagram and thorough explanation of how to connect it all up was fantastic. However, it didn’t stop there, he has provided me with after purchase support and has answered all my questions however simply they may be. Honestly cannot rate this company highly enough thank you so much for your help and support.

The controller we ordered never arrived - something else that “got lost” so I got in touch and another one was sent out - tracked/signed for.
I gave 5 stars because of the friendly, very accommodating customer service.

Excellent website and product offering, but the support and experience of the team is a brilliant bonus

I live in Northern Ireland and often have issues with deliveries. I found the experience easy to order delivery was not very expensive. The most important thing for me was the speed of delivery. Good service and value for money quick and efficient delivery.

I can't rate this company highly enough. Top quality products and exceptional customer support. We purchased an electrics package for our self-built van, and have been travelling off grid, not had to hook up for over two weeks now.

Popped into Van junkies on the off chance to sort out a problem I had with my electrics and talk about an upgrade they fitted me in that day and all finished the next day. If I need any thing ells doing this will be the first and only place I would go. They are a great bunch I guys and did a great job

Superb explanation of my options by Nick and very reasonably priced

Great advise beforehand, with quick delivery on the solar panel, then tips over the phone resulting in perfect installation then another conversation to check that the results were as expected from the unit. Very happy and enjoyed myself, thanks Nick
