Van Man York Removals レビュー

I00% recommend. Moved house last week - about an hour's distance.Discussed initial details with Ralph, whom exceeds all expectations re: customer service. Listens, advises, helps, completely approachable and professional. A good price and sent in writing within
minutes.
Dave & Tom - just as professional - arrived on time, extremely polite, very careful,(sentimental furniture involved) skilled and didn't stop until the move was complete. Protected carpets with sticky plastic & clean floor sheets. Van was immaculate. Would use again
without hesitation. Thankyou so very much to you all.

I would highly recommed these guys! Shiv was friendly, efficient and calm (a rare combination sometimes!), and I got moved really quickly and hassle free. I'd definitely use them again. Thanks to both Shiv and Ralph.

Would highly recommend. The team were great and helped us move a long distance from York to Scotland. The movers were polite and professional, considerate and efficient. Thank you for a wonderful service and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Superb service - punctual, efficient, friendly and packing was the best I’ve seen. Thank you.

Great communication with the office. Turned up at exactly the time they said they would. Worked really hard thought out the day. Took care with the belongings. Don't play Dave at Tetris as you won't win 😀. Thanks again for your hard work. We will be using them again when we move our stuff out of storage.

Good comms, fair price, arrived when they said and took care with delivering my parcel - thank you!

The guys turned up on time, were super helpful and moved everything efficiently loading up the skip at the other end precisely so that everything would fit.
This is the second time I've used them and would use them and recommend them.

We have used Van Man York Removals twice now and couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They exceeded our expectations in every way. The value for the service we received was exceptional and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy moving company.

"Van Man York Removals" were simply amazing from start to finish. They even accommodated my request to change the moving date at short notice due to a change in my situation. I was impressed with how carefully they handled all my belongings and managed to fit everything into a storage unit that I thought was too small. They must be Tetris champions! Thank you so much for your excellent service, and I will definitely be using your services again when I find a new home.

Absolutely top class experience working with Alan from Van Man Removals York who helped us move my mum-in-law furniture and effects into a local care home. Service was prompt, friendly and professional with every care taken to ensure goods were moved without damage. Very friendly rates too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks!

For anyone moving or planning a move removal van man York is the company to use reliable and on time

Ralph and his team were very professional, efficient and friendly. They made a very stressful move so easy. Would highly recommend!

Very efficient service. Great lads got straight on with the job and didn't stop until it was done. We will be using them again in the near future.

I needed a couple of large items of furniture moving into my mother's carehome. Communication was polite, friendly and responsive, the service was efficient, reliable, and carried out with care. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended. Moving an elderly parent into a care home is stressful, so a stress-free efficient removal service was very valuable.

I'm a 72 years old pensioner, bedbound in a care home after a stroke. I moved from a care home in York to one in Whitley Bay on 28 Feb 2024 to be nearer my daughter and needed a 'white-van-man' service to move my room's possessions eg fridge, large 55 inch TV, chest of drawer and 5 cardboard boxes of smaller possessions which they packed and unpacked in less than 2 hours. I have rated this company 5 stars because they filled the bill completely, were easily contactable by mobile and email and coped with my many changes of care home (I changed delivery addresse.several times). Well worth a written quote via email.

Ralph and his team were responsive and professional when recently moving 2 pieces of very expensive medical equipment to hospitals in the Yorkshire area. From the initial contact to the final drop off, he was in contact and send pictures of the pick up and drop off. The products were very well packaged and secured (thankfully!!) well within the removals van. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Ralph and his team to anyone wanting to use his service.

Great price and great service, this is the second time i used van man, Ralph and his team are conciderate and helpfull. Thanks.

Good advice, prompt response, professional and courteous. Thanks Ralph

I have used this company a couple of times now. Really great service, really quick turn around and cost effective as well. I would highly recommend and will be using again.

Van Man York Removals did a fantastic job in helping us move home.
From first contact they made it all very simple and easy to understand.
Due to the nature of our move I contacted them at very short notice but they were really accommodating and flexible.
On the day our two movers were friendly, efficient and respectful of our belongings.
A wonderful service which I would recommend to anyone.
