Van Man York Removals レビュー

Ralph and his team were amazingly helpful during what was a very stressful and last minute move. Ralph in particular was really friendly and keen to do what he could to support the move, keeping in regular contact to check everything went smoothly. Although I was prepared to do a lot of the heavy lifting, the team that helped move my belongings did most of the work and the move was really efficient and smooth. Would highly recommend!

Van Man York have just completed a small removal and they were excellent. They arranged a convenient booking for me at a weekend and the two 'movers' were polite, careful and pleasant to work with. Would definitely recommend them.

Amazing service on all levels! Dealing with Van Man York has literally reminded me to believe in the goodness of people. The team is perfect and really want to help you and give you the best offer and guidance on what works best for you. Extremely professional, committed, serious, fast, and simple! Could not be happier with my second experience with VMY (and definitely not the last)!

We were very impressed with the excellent service provided by Van Man York. From the time we made enquiries to booking and completion of job, they were professional, very helpful, patient and efficient.
On the day of removal of bulky items, Shive and Tom were punctual and took great care when they were moving the bulky furniture out.
Excellent job guys!!
Highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service at a great price, carnt fault them. Thanks.

Carried out a waste removal job at short notice. Efficient and professional throughout the planning and the job itself. Would use again.

Have used Van Man York a few times now and they always provide a great service, very efficient and friendly.

I was very pleased with the service provided. It was was friendly, helpful and reliable. I will definitely use again and will highly recommend to others. Great job!

What lovely people, Did everything they could to make this move easy, rearranged their schedule to fit me in, arrived with all the equipment and a well kept van, moved boxes quickly but carefully, nothing damaged, ensured everything was where we needed it before leaving, would definitely recommend this firm

Van Man removals are amazing. I found them through gumtree when I was stuck with a large item delivered outside my house on the road. Not only were they super quick to respond and really professional in disassembling and reassembling a nightmare treadmill but they were extremely thorough. I've used them since the first booking and will definitely again!

We were on the point of using this service in March when lockdown stopped access to the premises we were vacating. Resurrecting the request was straightforward and when we made a last minute change of plan the day before the removal,Ralph called within 5 minutes to confirm it was fine (this was a Sunday afternoon!)
His team arrived on time the next day, aware of the changed needs and loaded the van to facilitate drop offs at two different destinations In Manchester. They had appropriate tools to remove the legs off our very large sofa and managed to negotiate it around some very tricky fire doors and stair wells.
On completion of the removal at the destination end I was invited to inspect the van to ensure it was empty and it was noticeable that it was carpeted to reduce the possibility of items being scratched when being loaded. Fixing straps and covers seemed to be in abundance. The two operatives were efficient, smartly dressed and very polite. It was a pleasure to deal with company from start to finish

We needed help with moving from our office premises at the last minute due to being let down by a van hire company. I called Van Man York Removals and within an hour we had someone at the property helping us move, which they did so quickly and efficiently.

Great service, we will definitely use them again!

I ordered a fridge freezer from Curry’s and the delivery men would not take it up the 1 flight of stairs to my flat and left the fridge in the hall way. My partner called Van Man York Removals and within 3 hours they had sent someone round to check the job and 2 lovely gentlemen managed to move the fridge freezer upstairs.’I am beyond happy with the service we received and even more please with the fact they were so accommodating given the short notice.

Second time Ive used Van Man York to move house and with good reason. Always come exactly on time, really helpful and friendly guys. Very professional and careful and efficient. Not hoping to be moving again for a long time but when I do I will know who to call

Very professional and punctual. Ralph was more than thoughtful in helping me find the best time! Shiv was great too! Thank you very much.

I had to move furniture urgently and spontaneously. Van Man York made this possible on very short notice. Ralph put a lot of effort into making this work and even managed to work around my busy schedule. Highly recommended.

I tend not to leave reviews but with the excellent service I received from Van Man York, I thought it more than warranted one. Dealing with Ralph via phone and email was quick and easy. Understood the issues and recommended appropriate solutions for long distance removal (York to Glasgow). The 2 guys even turned up a little bit early and did not stop from the moment they got there until the van was fully loaded.

In short, cannot recommend these guys enough!

The whole process was excellent.
The booking was easy to make online.
The 2-man team were prompt and courteous, and took great care.
All in all, a great service at a very reasonable price.

My whole experience with this company was excellent. Great to be able to speak to Ralph directly and explain my need. Trouble- free online booking. The polite and well-presented young man who arrived 15 minutes early got stuck in straightaway and worked very hard. I would definitely use this service again and have already recommended them to several people.

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Ralph was meticulous in his communication at booking a slot and kept in touch right up to the hour before their arrival.

The removals went smoothly and efficiently and the guys were hard working and really easy to deal with.

They solved a problem getting the washing machine out of a flat on the first floor and I would definitely use them again.
