I’ve worked with Van Media and my experience has been positive overall. Communication has been clear, and they’ve been responsive when I needed support.

I’ve seen some reviews calling them scammers, and that hasn’t been my experience at all. From what I’ve dealt with, they are a legitimate company delivering real services.

Like any business, there may be occasional issues, but in my case they handled things professionally and were willing to help.

Just wanted to share my honest experience.

Great experience and are driving a ton of business to us!

We are working with Van Media for an over a month now. Didn’t expect much from them wanted to give them a try. They are impressed us. The quality of leads were not the best from the beginning but by the end of month their ads started to kicking up. Absolutely legit company. Not scammers. Planning to keep working with them.

Been using VanMedia for a while now for my removals business (Fullscope Solutions Limited) and they’ve genuinely helped me grow. I get consistent leads from them, and they’re always easy to deal with and quick to respond.

I’ve seen a few people call it a scam, but I can honestly say that’s not true at all. They do exactly what they say they’re going to do.

Reading some of the negatives on here, these people are great and legitimate. Truly there are people who just want to hurt honest business' these days. Here is my experience with them. As part owner of Moving Around The Clock in Florida: When I first engaged with Nick at the Vanmedia team, I was hesitant at hiring a marketing agency to run ads for my business. In my industry, we get many calls with empty promises and we have been burned many times over the years. Yet after reaching out to some of the other moving company owners they market for, I concluded that hiring them may be a legitimate opportunity to grow my business. Its now been about 3 months and I feel as though I have found a gem in this industry. Though they have provided me with over a 100 leads for a fraction of the cost of Google ads, I speak with regards to their transparency, and genuine desire to help. Nick even was kind enough to grant me the initial month free while we were still getting setup, he provides a money back guarantee and thats not common at all these days. The algorithm of the ads are tweaked by his team to match more and more your desired customers. 10/10 i can recommend these guys. They actually under promise and over dekiver and that goes for the entire team. Take it from me, give me a call anytime. Cody at Moving Around The Clock. I vouch for them.

Van Media is excellent! These guys are great! Highly recommend if your looking for professionals who treat you like a person and not a number!

What I like about VanMedia most is that the owner, Nick Vanson makes himself easily available. When I needed a lot of guidance in the beginning, he was just a simple WhatsApp message away.
Then when I wanted to personalize my CRM, he set me up with the wonderful Jamie, who also was always available.
We are in three time zones across the world, yet it felt like their office was next door.
I highly recommend this company.

I’ve been working with nick and van media for only a little over 6 weeks.

Everything is just starting to come in good right now. It definitely takes 3-4 weeks before the ads are fully effective.

So far the service i would say is everything I would expect from a tailored removals only advertising platform marketed through facebook and instagram.

I have read some horrible reviews here that seem very unfair to me.
This is most certainly not a scam!

This is a very clever, very different, very modern way of promoting your enterprise and directly targeting a Facebook/instagram audience.

I would recommend this service if you understand the removals business, and if you understand the house moving game.

Like with any advertising platform there are time wasters, people that are not genuine decent clientele, people that are doom scrolling and want something for nothing. But! But but but,

If you take the time to get your radius correct with nicks team, and then If you understand that this is a highly reactive platform and if you respond fast you will get the commitment from the potential customer, which is then down to you to convert to business.
If you can understand that, then this can truly be an awesome tool.

It’s really important to do the full onboarding with nicks team. If you do not watch the introductory videos and follow the instructions that nick sets out in 3 very simple videos then you may not be able to use this platform.
If you do, and if you understand this game then you will probably do well.

The service uses its own dedicated app for all communication with the leads provided which is good, as I find it helpful to keep log of the calls and number of leads being supplied by the service.

I was skeptical to begin with, it’s not the cheapest initial outlay, but after only 6 weeks onboard, Nick and his management team have always been on pulse, checking in, making sure the service is working for us, making sure the area radius is right for us, and making sure the inquiries are coming in, and they are!

To all thinking about it - Watch the 3 videos!! Follow the simple instructions, that’s my advise! If you follow Nick’s instructions then you should convert the business!! Good luck!

Good leads. We're a small moving company and this has gotten us to 20k a month in revenue. We're planning to get a better sales and software soon to scale to 40k in the next few months. In the past 2 months I think we've only had 1% be bad leads.

STAY AWAY FROM NICK AND VANMEDIA!

Nick is a storyteller, but ultimately, they don’t know what they’re doing. After many years in business, my biggest mistake was entrusting my money to them. They operate from Dubai and claim to understand the UK market, but in my experience, they do not.

Why trust these people? Just look at their reviews. They received a large number of 5-star reviews between February and March this year, otherwise, their overall rating would be much lower. In my opinion, many of these reviews appear questionable. Whenever concerns are raised, they respond with “COMPETITOR ALERT.”

On Trustpilot, there are many marketing agencies with very few complaints and hundreds of genuine 5-star reviews, that clearly know what they’re doing.

AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY!!

Stay away from these cowboys! This company is a money-eating machine. Absolutely nothing!
