Alex was very professional and personable throughout the whole business transaction.
Every aspect of the deal was clearly explained, which made the buying process pleasurable.

Legit company with a broad choice of vans available. I dealt with Scott Bentley who was great initially however once I had put the £500 deposit down he was hard to get a response from then onwards. I eventually got the van after some uncertainty, however I have emailed them since and he doesn’t seem to be responding now that I have paid them.

The van was supposed to get a full valet prior to purchasing but I don’t think this was even done as there was mould in the air vents and moss on the roof of the van upon receiving it.

The van was also supposed to get an MOT before being handed over but this was not the case. I was advised that they would pay the bill of the next MOT however due to their recent communication standards I find this hard to believe.

I think van national have a really good set up and could be a brilliant company but customer service is poor and could definitely be improved.

Due to this experience I would probably avoid in future.

Tom was really helpful throughout the whole process and explained everything to me perfectly. The communication was also really good on the phone and emails. I also felt the company gave me a fair price for my car on the part exchange. Would definitely recommend to others

I went to Van National with a very limited idea of what I was looking for. Sales Executive, Lewis, was a huge help - very informative, honest and down to earth (and not at all pushy like I’d experienced elsewhere). Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the perfect vehicle for the youth charity I run, for a very reasonable price (lowest on the market) - in no small part thanks to Lewis for doing all he could to get the price to fit our budget.

I would highly recommend Scott Bentley at Van National. He was super knowledgeable about the stock and listened to my requirements to find a van suitable for me. The turnaround time was amazing and I was able to collect the vehicle and part ex my car with ease. The van was in great condition upon collection and I've had no issues since.

Adam holbey put me complete ease never bought a van online before and was really nervous. He has went over and above the call of duty sent me tins of videos of exterior and interior of van helped with questions about insurance MOT road tax etc. Very highly recommend you ask for Adam next time ur looking for a new car or van
