Really easy transaction, I was in a rush so we completed the essentials, all the paperwork was sent via post. Found my new van dealer…

Amazing service from start to finish. I was looking for a van, which was very stressful. I called in and spoke to Stephen Graham about a reasonably priced 2020 Transporter. I felt very at ease when Stephen familiarised me with the company and what the van comes with. There were some minor things on the last MOT that I mentioned to Stephen, which he booked in to get sorted in a flash. That made me know that this company looks after their vehicles. When I arrived and looked at the van, it was faultless and still is. I waited some time to give this review, as sometimes things go wrong straight after. Many thanks to Stephen and Van Ninja!

Stephen was very helpful and made the buying process very simple, a couple of things on the van that were agreed to be sorted, deposit left on Thursday afternoon, collected the van on Monday afternoon, been very very happy with it ever since, sensibly priced, honest advert and better in person than expected which is always nice, 10/10 wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Stephen in MK again!

Best company I have used for used vans in a lot of years.
I have bought 3 vans from them in the last year and their service and product from Stockton on Tees has been superb.
Very professional people to deal with.

Very welcoming atmosphere and warm customer service, was offered tea/coffee and greeted friendly, I visited with my Dad.
Kendell was really reassuring and personable all throughout and real sense of high care and due diligence to their work loads. Open and transparent with all the info of the vans and sale documents, and really happy with the one I bought.

Just Like Tom i responded to an offer for a van at £225 per month plus VAT.
Had various offers but when i actually asked them to offer as per there website offers they wanted 27 months rental in advance plus plus
Complete false advertising to draw people in.
Wouldnt touch with a barge pole

Everyone do not use this company the worse customer service and they lose your items not to be trusted at all please share this to everyone

Contacted Lara West at Vanninja , received a quick response to my query and had a further discussion with Lara. Received an e-mail with three different scenarios all very simple to understand. What a great experience!
We were let down at the last minute by another company and Van Ninja managed to source 4 Vauxhall Cargo Combos in a super short time period. I believe it was 3 weeks total from enquiry to delivery, which we couldn't believe!
All arrived when expected with no damage, all clean - very impressed.

First time dealing with this company and we have been very impressed with the service given and the updates that are so important.
