Horrible Customer Service- don’t buy from Vanstreets

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience shopping from Vanstreets. While the clothing itself may look appealing, the customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

I reached out multiple times regarding my order- three separate emails over the course of 2 weeks- and never received a response. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend money with a company that completely ignores its customers once a purchase is made.

Good customer service is just as important as the product, and this company fails badly in that regard. If you run into an issue with your order, don’t expect any help or communication.

Because of this lack of support and professionalism I would not recommend buying from Vanstreets. There are plenty of other retailers out there that actually value their customers and provide proper assistance when needed.

High quality product

High quality product! It feels like custom hand-made quality, which should explain why there might be a slightly longer wait to receive item - but the smile on my wife's face when she saw her new favorite t-shirt made it so worth the wait!! This business definitely operates on the side of bespoke art. It's not WalMart- they deserve respect 😎👍

Great shirts

I loved the Sunflowers 3 shirt the minute I saw it. I got mine in ivory. The lettering doesn't stand out as well as on the darker colors, but it is readable. I got a dark one for my sister and she loves it. She really appreciates you having large sizes. The shirt washes well and is soft and comfortable.

Poor quality, questionable return policy

I ordered a tshirt for my wife size small. It is manufactured and shipped from China. They don't mention that in their ads. It took several weeks to receive the shirt and although it was marked small it was the size of a man's large. I requested an address to return the shirt. They replied a couple of weeks later requesting photos of the shirt with tape measure showing the dimensions of the shirt. I did this and also sent photos of the shirt with one of my wife's shirts(small) on top of it. It was obvious how much larger their shirt was in comparison. I also requested an address to return the shirt for refund. I received a reply they would give me a $3.00 credit on another shirt. I replied this was unacceptable and for the third time requested a return address. Their answer was they would send me $5.00 and I could keep the shirt. I doubt I will ever see it. The shirt is of very course material and the screening is mediocre. They advertise a thirty day return for refund policy. THEY LIE. Order at your own risk.

I really love the fabric of this hoodie, so I purposely got it a bit oversized. The design looks great, and they’ve got T-shirts, hats. I got a 5x just on the sage size

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They shipped to the wrong address and tried to gaslight me the entire time. I’m very upset with the way they are handling the situation. Nothing has been resolved and I lost out on my item and my money. Please beware of this company.

Stops responding when product arrives. Regret my purchase

Had great contact with their support before the T-shirts arrived. But they stopped responding as soon as I had the T-shirts and had a problem with them.

T-shirt coloured what I was wearing underneath even after wash. Therefore I have only wore one of the 3 shirts I bought. I only wore that one one time. I regret buying from them since I now have paid around 100€ for something I can’t wear and I can’t get in contact with the company. It’s been over 2 weeks and I this I have sent 2-3 mails that have been ignored

I can’t seem to comment back. But yes I have sent you 3 emails about my problem to that email adress already and resent it again now. I know it is the right adress since you responded to my emails with questions about the delivery before shirts where delivered. There I also added pictures of the top that got misscoloured from your T-shirts (I did wash according to your instructions before) and also pictures of the T-shirt print being a bit patchy.
