Horrible, rude man.

Jeremy provides a service that is personalised and tailored to the needs of his client. He is thorough, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He gave good advice and worked hard to get us a price for our house that we were very happy with.

He was upfront about everything from the outset which was very much appreciated as a buyer. I'd go straight to him for a future sale and would recommend him highly

I am a buyer and met Vantage Residential viewing a flat advertised through them. This particular flat has not worked out, but instead I found like a buyer's agent for me.

I rented a property off Vantage last week and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. As I’m sure everyone knows the rental market at the moment is bonkers, I would enquire on properties and agents wouldn’t even bother to call me back, these were the only guys that took the time to call and even tho the property I initially enquired on was gone they listened to my requirements and found me a suitable property within a week!

I am fairly new to this market and the team guided me through the steps in ensuring the best deal outcome. They are motivated, hardworking and driven, and understand what they are talking about. I would highly recommend to anyone! You guys are great! Thank you!

Three moths ago I received one of Vantage residential leaflets through my door and I couldn’t be happier that I decided to call them. They managed to do what two big corporate agents couldn’t, instead of just chucking a bunch of people through my door in hopes that something would stick, these guys identified the correct people and within one month of them marketing my flat had found a buyer, we exchanged on Friday!

10/10 service. On hand to answer my every query at all hours of the day week in week out. Joe guided the process professionally and nothing seemed like too much to ask! Would recommend to anyone considering selling their property within NW area.
