0 stars if I could. Spent almost $200 on vapes 3 weeks ago. No shipping info. No replies to emails. And now the website says 404 not found forbidden?! I want my money back!!

Ordered $119.80 of Vuse Vibe refills in 3/23/26. It's now 6/2/26. I have spoken with the guy 3 times on the phone. First 2 times, product was on backorder but would "be here in a week, then to you in a week, you're at the top of the list for these". Last time was told "Oh, they're discontinued, did no one contact you?" NO.
Asked for refund. Received email 2 weeks ago stating they'd put in for a refund to my card. Still nothing. Called yesterday, "Oh, accounting person has been out sick. I'll try to get it out to you asap." DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I'm still waiting for my refund.

SCAM COMPANY. They will take your money and never ship or respond.

I ordered from them on Feb 10 2026 and now is Mar 8 2026 and I have not received my order when i call them I get answer machine anyway they do not return any messages
I had to call my bank to cancel the order and to get my money back
Do not buy from them

I ordered a product more than two weeks ago. No communication. I finally reached out to them and they said they would ship it four days ago. Still not shipped and still no communication. I will not buy here again. Terrible service!
