Customer service is excellent.

Faultless service, and excellent prices. Quite often there are very good offers on the website.
Customer service response tome is also really quick; 11 minutes to respond to my email.
The orders are processed very fast too.

I've purchased various items from the lovely guys at vape.co.uk quite a few times now and all of my transactions have been nothing short of perfect. They have a fabulous range of quality products always competitively priced and amazing customer service. They are super quick processing orders and parcels couldn't arrive faster if they'd been helicoptered in 😬 if you have a question they have a non-bot operated chat service and an actual human being will respond within seconds. I ordered for the first time and unfortunately the vape was broken and wouldn’t work. I emailed customer service and Shelley was more than helpful by offering me a refund or a replacement for next day delivery.

Vape.co.uk are the best by far, really quick with orders, if they haven’t got what you ordered they won’t just replace it with something else they let you know when the items will be coming, they are quick precise just great customer service, can’t praise them enough.
