Excellent customer service and choice online

Vape360 are brilliant, Evri never delivered my order, still jot had an apology, however that was very much NOT the case when I contacted Vape360, on a Sunday too, the customer service was excellent and a replacement is being sent out to me.
Evri should be made to pay for losing parcels, in future all my orders with Vape360 will be delivered by Royal Mail
Great family business, keep up the good work!

you are very fast and efficient, always lots of choice, and delivery is excellent.
I wish there was some way of selecting a second choice of flavours in case the first choice are out of stock, it would save you ringing up or issuing a refund.

Great Customer service

I placed an order 12/07/26 and unfortunately part of my order was out of stock so they contacted me and offered a different product in its place and i made a suggest different product and Two days it appeared Fantastic service as always. A pleasure to deal with this company as nothing is too much. A++++++++++++
