Good quick service

Initially was sent the wrong vaporiser but elevate were quick to rectify the issue! Quick delivery both times and spot on customer service

A good experience. I now own two vapes from this company. I bought the Herb Stick relax first, and now I own the Herb Stick.
The Herb Stick comes out on top for me as the chamber is smaller and it does not waste as much herb, especially if burning on a high temp. The battery is also much better than the Herb Stick Relax. The hit is much better than the Herb Stick Relax. Only down side to the Herb Stick is that it often gets blocked around the mouth piece and I have to regularly take the lid mouthpiece off and blow it to unblock it. I clean both regularly as I want them to last. I bought the Herb stick as a spare as the relax has to be charged after every two uses, but I am okay with this and it turned out to be better in the end and I'm using the Herb Stick the most. Overall, very pleased and will use again.

Trusted site from where I bought different vapes, accessories and more and I never had any issue. Customer service works fast and they are always kind, even when I opened a silly query. Recommended!

This wasn't my first purchase with Vape Elevate but it'll definitely be the last! I ordered a vape because I thought the one I already owned was broken. I then got it working but it was too late to cancel the order, I was told I could return it for a refund and that was fine by me.
The website states to inform the company when you're returning something for a refund so I contacted them again on the day I was returning it to confirm. I received a two word reply: "no problem" so posted it back to the only address shown on their site, which I'm guessing now is a virtual office address. It was signed for the next day.
Over a week passed and I still hadn't received a refund so I chased this. After some back and forth I was told yesterday that I sent it to the wrong address and customers are supposed to get the correct returns details from them. I responded pointing out that I informed them twice that I would return it and directly asked why they hadn't given me the correct details on either of those occasions. Whereas they usually reply to emails fairly quickly, suddenly they haven't replied at all and I assume are washing their hands of the situation. They are in the wrong for not sharing the information. They should take responsibility for that.
The vape has apparently been returned to sender but unfortunately I moved house last week and probably won't be able to get it back. Even if I did and could return it again, that's forcing the customer to pay a total of over £10 in postage when this could all have been avoided if the customer service representative had provided the information they're supposed to. To then have the audacity to quote company policy at me when they're the ones who didn't follow the policy is even worse. There are better vape shops out there than this.
UPDATE: After posting this I got a response via email that totally ignored my question and instead told me they can't trace the item and therefore I should try to speak to whoever now lives in my old house (if anyone, how should I know?) This company will make errors, totally ignore the issue and put the burden on the customer to go round to a house that may or may not be empty to find a parcel that may or may not be there. If they had provided the correct address and I didn't use it that would be one thing but if they don't provide it at all they are at fault and refuse to take responsibility.

Herb stick relax - Postage was very quick. Description of item was very accurate. My only disappointment is the battery life could be longer, as I feel I am constantly charging the vape. Still 5 stars for product and quality. It also took me quite some time to figure out how to get the mouthpiece off to clean it. I had to go through quite a few videos and found one from someone else that had the same issue, but I have figured it out now. You just pull it hard at an angle. All in all very positive experience. Thank you. I will use again.
