Great Replacement Service
I had an issue with a vape mod I had bought that had developed a fault. Got in touch with the guys at Vape Inc who sent out a replacement the next day along with a pre-paid bag to send the faulty item back in. Top service, would highly recommend. 5 Stars!

Hello,
Sorry to hear about this. Due to all the Royal Mail strikes there are a lot of delayâs and backlogs at the depotâs, and some parcels are taking longer to be processed within the Royal Mail network and to be delivered. I have looked at your order and i can see this was placed on 30/11/22 (Day of a strike) this was not collected from us until Friday 2nd December so its only been 3 working days.
I apologise on behalf of Royal Mail for the delays and I will look in to this to see if there is anything I can do.
