Waiting nearly 2 months fir order and still says processing they are disgusting thieves asking for bank transfer for payment as they know its not refundable on companies house they are about to be struck off SO DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR GOODS

Order 25898 put in on 27th Feb still says processing on 31st march absolutely no correspondence for the delay have given up trying to email must of sent 30 this is so unfair and its like theft nobody cares nobody helps just ripping people off

Placed an order 10 Jan, still not received despite multiple emails that have been ignored.
Fraudster and scam artist.
Will be contacting my bank and reporting the Andrew Beard for fraud.

I have been buying things from this company for a long time,but my last order which was placed 20/11/2025 still haven't received it,they take your money through bank transfer and nothing on return,be careful guys, something is not right...

I ordered from tobacco-vape co uk , which seems to be a linked fake company. Order placed but not delivered and no response to emails. Avoid this fake shop! Save your money.

They used to sell the best juice on the market but I haven't received my last 3 orders. The email address no longer works and I really wanted to give them a chance to put things right. I will be contacting Trading Standards tomorrow. Buy from them at your own risk.

I have been a long time customer of both this company and it's previous incarnation Best Cig Liquid and have previously praised the quality of their liquids and the service I have received. I placed an order and for the first time ever I had to pay Andy Beard directly by bank transfer and of course like others have said I received absolutely nothing. I tried to get in touch by email but surprise surprise I got no response. I contacted Andy by messenger and did get a response but still no eliquid. It's now been 2 months since I placed my order and I've received nothing, no eliquid and no refund. I've been ordering from here for at least 7 years so to say I'm disappointed with this situation is an understatement. I wish I had believed the reviews here before I sent money to this fraudster. Don't be like me and the many others he has scammed, look elsewhere for your eliquid and don't send him any money under any circumstances unless you want to lose it.

Like others, a long time customer from bcl days. Last order was 9Dec 25. As others stated the usual vape iq account was bypassed and paid Andy B.
After many emails, some of them with a reply, I finally received my order on 10 Jan26.
So I’m sure there isn’t a scam. Just people struggling. I hope others resolve their issues also.

Having been a customer for 2 or 3 years I was always very happy with the service and the product However I paid by BACS for two separate orders late September and heard nothing. Today, 24th January completely out of the blue my two orders arrived. Several reviewers speak about a scam and I was inclined to agree but not now. Whatever their problems were it seems that they are now sorted.

Been a customer from day one when traded under a different name. I know this chap personal from school days. I have no idea WTF is going on atm but this really saddens me.
It's very much out of character for him. To build a company from nothing and got it to thrive for many years to this is just mind boggling IMHO 😭

Been buying from this company for many years with no problems. Always had great service at a great price even if the delivery has been a little slow sometimes. However my last two orders from November last year have not been posted and the seller refuses to answer the multiple emails i have sent, to multiple email adresses. Vapeiq customer service seems not to exist anymore and they've taken my money without fullfilling my order. Sad to see what used to be a very good company now seemingly scamming their loyal customer base. Should be reported to the Police, at a minimum Trading Standards. I do not recommemed anyone purchases from Vapeiq.

Previously hadn't had a problem with this company so didn't think twice about making a BACs transaction payment to an Andrew Beard.
Nothing received after 2 weeks started to make enquiries on their online contact form, which conveniently reports an error.
Checked Trust pilot and here I am.
Did a domain lookup and everythings redacted.

Been buying from Vapeiq for a few years with no problems. However I’m like an awful lot of other people, having recently ordered and paid by BACS i’ve heard nothing despite emailing several times. I could understand asking for BACS payments given how much card providers take but i’m convinced that someone is now deliberately taking money with no intention of providing the goods .

Pitiful Customer Service - Do not transfer money by bank transfer

I placed an order on 25/11 (order 24921) and progressed through to payment. I transferred the funds as requested and everything seemed ok. I later got a rather confusing email claiming I had left items in my cart but when I checked my cart was empty. Digging deeper it appeared that some of the products I had ordered were out of stock. This despite their system accepting my order and payment. I followed a link they sent me and modified my order but this then generated a new order (24924) and when I submitted it they were looking for payment again.
I emailed them pointing out that order 24924 was in fact a replacement for 24921 and that I had already transferred the funds and would not be sending any more.
On checking their website I tracked that they had cancelled 24921 and I watched 24924 progress through processing to completed.
This status has been at completed for almost 2 weeks now and I have emailed them numerous times to every contact address I have been able to find but as usual, this has met with silence.
I am confused and concerned as to why my order has not been despatched.
Take this as a warning. DO NOT TRANSFER PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER. Once they have your money you are totally unable to resolve any issue as they simply ignore every attempt to contact them.

I've been buying from here for a long time with no issues, but my last order of over 2 months ago has not arrived. I sent several emails but nothing. As they keep saying they are closing and keep sending discounts, please don't be tempted you may NOT receive your items.

Ordered some liquid from here, and unlike me I checked trustpilot for reviews. Wish I did before I ordered. 3 days passed and no order update, emailed them to see what was happening, got no reply. Emailed them a second time and got told my order must have been lost in the post. Well it wasn't even dispatched as I paid for first class delivery. Got told they would repost. Today is 4th December and I get a notification to say its been dispatched, second class! I paid for first class. Don't bother with this company.
