We can only apologise for missing your email, we've looked through the emails and still cant see it, so really not sure what has gone on there, but please rest assure we endeavour to respond to any customer enquiries as soon as they are received. We will look into the tracking issue, as it should of given you live updates, in regards to the postage service all items are dispatched same day on orders before 3pm and sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service, which in most instances is next day but Royal Mail stipulate 1 to 2 days.
