I ordered over $100 of products from this site, they took my money and just never sent the products. Have been waiting months and have contacted them several times and have not even received a reply back. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.

Sent wrong products, wrong delivery date & paid for products not received!!
They will not respond to emails!!
Disappointed in this Canadian Company& will NOT order from this company again!

Right products and delivery date respected despite slow down caused by the covid-19

Never order anything from this company online. Worst customer service ever, after a week still waiting for my order. No phone answer, no e-mail reply, 2 days shipping yea right, i guess they r busy but they could at least give more informations of what's going on.

I have been to the Windsor Ontario location a few times now for a kit for both myself and my mother. Customer service is excellent! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood what I needed fully before we left. Thank you SO much <3

Bought 2 packs of pods for a Juul pen and half the pods simply didn't work. Don't waste your money. When I contacted customer service their reply was basically to blame my pen. Will never buy from VapeVine after this first and last experience.

Always very helpful and informative. I was reluctant to try vaping, but now am so happy that I made the switch. Staff is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend to VAPEVINE all my friends. Since I live in Windsor, I even order online at vapevine.ca sometimes and choose in-store pickup. Really convenient!

After searching for a local vape shop in Windsor, I came across this wonderful place. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. In my opinion it's the best shop in the area! Would definitely recommend to both beginner and advanced vapers!

I was looking for a Vaporesso Target and couldn't find one anywhere in Canada...and VapeVine.ca, as usual, had it. They always have unique and hard-to-find products, especially for the advanced user. I just ordered a Twisted Messes Squared RDA from them too! They had it before some of the online sites in the US. I can't believe this company is Canadian and ships from Canada!
