I've ordered from Vapewellness a few times and the service is always great and the responsiveness from the team is human, honest and super helpful. Real care and attention to detail and will always get back to you. They understand the needs of their customers and it's something that shows with every time I interact with them.

Very good company to deal with. Email response time was good. I'm a big fan of the hand written letter, thanking me for purchase. I'm a big fan of next day delivery by 1pm Inc Saturday as I was in a big rush to get one. Sells stinky pete glass if your into him. I like mine just wish it had 18mm options. I'll definitely use them again I'm the future. Just a shame like most others, they don't stock many if any 18mm. That's a stinky pete and uk issue. For hard hitting vapes you really need 18mm. Currently running screwball and the new wireless ace from screwball maker vapvana. The diffuser is so small it's actually unreal how small.

Ordered the Xmas tunke on Saturday and on Tuesday it arrived at my door 9am sharp

Received the wrong item. Gaz has kindly offered to fix this, however, I am a lazy stoner and hate having to go through returns.

The incorrect item isn’t bad but not what I dreamt of. Difference in price between the two items have been refunded

My glass rig had a crack in one of the joints. I didn't notice until after I had used it a couple of times but Gaz sorted me out with a replacement really quickly regardless. Great communication/customer service and really speedy delivery. Would definitely buy from here again.

I was looking for a bubbler but none were in stock but Gaz said he would let me know when they were back in stock which he did and overall it was a good experience.

Ordered yesterday. 24 hours later the package turns up completely wrapped and sealed to ensure my little glass item wasn’t damaged. A couple fruitellas as a little thank you with a hand written note. Could not have asked for better service and went above and beyond. 5* and 100% recommend Gav and the team. Will be using again no doubt! Thanks guys.

Great experience. There was a wee hickup with delivery that was a royal mail issue. But Gary was in touch to let me know what was happening and with in what timescales. All got resolved and I have my product, which I love. I’ll be buying from here again 😊

Great service from Gaz. Had a good chat with him on the phone, very helpful bloke. Went the extra mile due to the postal strike and bumped a standard post up to a special delievery to try and get it to me quicker. Thanks for the 14mm silicon whip for mighty as well. Oh, and the sweets ;)

Genuinely faultless service from Gaz. Had a minor issue with my first order but everything sorted out quickly and efficiently with first class communication and service. Wanted to add something on for a second and received top service again. Would rate Vapewellness higher if I could!

Ordered the bent glass mouthpiece for my Fury Edge (which I also purchased from them). Item arrived swiftly with a couple of little treats/freebies. Really appreciate such good customer service on both occasions. Would happily recommend.

After realising my card got temporarily frozen... the payment eventually went through. Even though the post address + phone number is the SAME as my billing details, but it apparently got flagged as fraud, so I sent a picture of my card for proof and spoke on the phone where I mentioned I put a nickname for the delivery address (not that it matters as the billing details were always correct) I got told they will dispatch but 6 days later still no contact via text or email (incoming phone calls are temperamental as mentioned)
RE: if it was fraud i would of got my card provider to start a refund in under 6 days, especially as online transactions require 3DS/ 2FAC

Absolutely stunning service from Gaz, messaged VW for an advice with my vaporizer - Gaz reassured me I have 1 ywar warranty, plus in general seems like a nice lad. Got Xmax pro v3 for as little as £63, so could afford WPA and other accesories. And oooh boy do they have a selection. If you are after particular device - rest assured u will find 90% of available accesories there.
