Si si entrega muy rápida pero la máquina no funciona y no contestan a los mails , espero que no os salga con fallo por que si no que no os miráis esperando respuesta

Update! Der Kundenservice hat nun entschieden mit die fehlenden Produkte nachzuliefern, vielen Dank dafür! Es wäre nur soviel angenehmer gewesen, man hätte direkt reagiert. Lieferung dauerte ewig. Leider erhielt ich nur 8 von 10 Packungen Pods. Der Kundenservice ist entweder eingeschlafen oder überlastet. Man möchte nun DHL beschuldigen, allerdings war das Paket unversehrt als ich es erhalten habe.
Ich würde hier nie wieder bestellen da Lösungen finden für mich anders geht! Ich hoffe ich erhalte die fehlende Ware oder mein Geld zurück!

I would not even give them 1 star if I had a choice. I bought the wrong accessories and when I got my pax 3 device, I noticed and immediately contacted support at Vapor.com. That was in September. I have sent them multiple emails since then with no response. This is now almost end of November. I had one response from their customer service asking me why I was opening an account with them. They said at that time they would begin the refund procedure, but again nothing happened. I have since learned that pax is no longer selling the pax 3. Support at Vapor.com says to fill out their forms for a refund but again nothing happened. I feel I have been the victim of another scam. Not a responsible company as can be seen by all the bad reviews. I did not realize at the time I was in a third party sale and when I contacted Pax about this company, they respectively stepped away. BUYER BEWARE!!!

It’s now been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for an order. to ship.
Many emails, crickets.

Looking at the other reviews, I am wondering if I’ll ever get my order.

Nach mehreren Bestellungen nun leider das komplette Vertrauen verloren. Ich habe mehrfach Pods und Einweggeräte erhalten, die nach kürzester Zeit verbrannt geschmeckt haben – trotz korrekter Aktivierung und Handhabung nach Anleitung. Statt einem kundenorientierten Umgang wurde mir mehrfach unterstellt, ich hätte die Produkte falsch benutzt. Das ist schlicht unverschämt.

Die Kommunikation war über weite Strecken ausweichend, wenig lösungsorientiert und zum Teil belehrend. Fotos, Beschreibungen, genaue Angaben – alles wurde ignoriert oder umgedeutet. Am Ende gab es einen kleinen Teilbetrag zurück und einen Rabattcode, der im Verhältnis zum entstandenen Schaden absolut unangemessen ist.

Was die MATE500 betrifft: Für mich wirkt das ganze System unausgereift. Dass bei mir gleich mehrere Pods nach wenigen Zügen unbrauchbar waren, zeigt, dass hier offenbar noch erheblicher Verbesserungsbedarf besteht. Solche Qualitätsmängel sollte man nicht auf den Kunden abwälzen.

Für mich war das die letzte Bestellung. Wer Wert auf guten Kundenservice legt, sollte sich definitiv woanders umsehen.

Complaint about product order VAPOR460464. Placed order on 5/27/2025. Web site stated order should be sent out in 3-5 business days. Checked order status and keeps saying "order is delayed". This is a small order and should not take so long to ship out.

Über die Google-Suche auf diesen Händler gestoßen. Eindruck der Website und der Preise (günstiger als die Konkurrenz) war gut.
Eindruck nach Bezahlung: sehr schlecht und unseriös!
Gründe: auf der Website wird eine "Lieferzeit ca. 1 - 3 Werktage", heute nach über einer Woche immer noch nix angekommen.
Habe dann die Bestellung widerrufen. Das Geld sollte laut Widerrufsbestätigung innerhalb von 3 Werktagen erstattet worden sein. Bis heute ist leider noch nichts erstattet.

Werde wohl PayPal-Käuferschutz einschalten müssen, da keine Reaktion von Vapor-Handel kommt.

Dieser Händler betreibt mehrere Shops unter verschiedenen Namen. Daher immer im Impressum nachschauen, wer der Inhaber des Shops ist! Sonst landet ihr immer wieder bei unseriösen Anbietern.

Mein Fazit: Finger weg und große Vorsicht!

Gave 1 star for messaging. Ordered 2 of 1 item. Heating rods. Just to be canceled a week later. This was both my first and last purchase from this company.

Purchased a couple of items without any problems. Arrived in a timely manner and was actually cheaper than potv both times.

Ordered a Groove Cara Pen and 2 lighters in December 2024. The Cara arrived scratched and clearly had been a return. The two lighters are almost unfillable and 3/4 of the butane spills all over the exterior of the lighters. I have tried email, phone, and contact form. Nothing from them. Update: Eventually, I contacted my bank (I had paid with a bank credit card) and they were able to intervene and get me a 100% refund...no help at all from Vapor.com.

Vapor.com is very shady. When my first attempt (12/22/24) was allegedly sent to the wrong address to be returned to sender, they told me it was my fault and that I had typed the address incorrectly. While waiting on the promised refund, I reordered the same items (1/2/25), this time I took a screen shot to make sure I had entered correctly. Sure enough, this second order mysteriously went to the wrong address. In other words for a second time my address was mysteriously changed by vapor.com. I suspect they do not have the stock in inventory or are insolvent. I find it very concerning that my two orders experienced the same unrequested interference (changing the address) and that also both orders somehow had the same invoice number, even though 3 weeks apart. Also how did they purport to age verify as required by law if the address they are using does not match my address of record? I provided them with the order number and order dates, and screenshot showing the address I used, but received no reply from the business.

Geworben wird mit bis zu 600 Zügen.
In den letzten Lieferungen war mindestens eine schon mal dabei die gar nicht funktionierte. Okay. Kann passieren. In der letzten Bestellung jedoch gingen einige gar nicht und bei denen welche funktionierten waren unter 100 Zügen drin, ich hab dann angefangen mitzuzählen . Habe mich
ans Kundencenter gewandt. Natürlich ohne Erfolg. Ein 10 %Gutschein für den nächsten Einkauf sollte es richten. Für mich reine Abzocke. Nie wieder!

Geworben wird die Seite mit dem Elfbar Logo, was irreführend ist, da es nicht der Offizielle Online Shop ist!!!

Lieferung kam relativ spät an, was an sich noch Akzeptabel ist.

Bestellt wurde eine Elfa und 6 Packungen Pods, einer der Pods war defekt und ging nicht, Support hat geantwortet, dass es nicht möglich sei, die Packung umzutauschen!

Als Trostpflaster gab es einen 10% Code, den es öffentlich im Internet gibt, also quasi nichts. "ELFBAR10"

Nach 2 Monaten hat der Akkuträger nicht mehr geladen und ist somit Defekt, 3 Monate Garantie...

Auf Anfrage wurde ich dann auf die Offizielle Seite verwiesen 👎🏻

Daher wird nur noch auf elfbar.de bestellt und nicht mehr bei elfbargermany.de

I have been a long-standing, loyal customer for 6+ years. The service, up until recently, has been very good, but not anymore, so it seems. I placed a large order on 24th May and the money was taken from my bank account. On the 28th May I noticed that the Order Status had been changed to "cancelled". No idea why and no notification from Vapour.com. I have emailed the Customer Care Dept 4 times and called the helpline no multiple times too, but to no avail. No one has bothered to get back to me....so they have my money, but I do not have the goods and no sign of a refund either. Extremely disappointed with this service and shall switch to another company from now on.

I bought a product on vapor.com. I received the product promptly, but I need to return it (I realized after the purchase that I need a different model), and they will not respond to multiple requests for a return authorization number, which I need in order to mail the item back to them. I have emailed their customer service email address four or five times over the last six days and not gotten a response.

TERRIBLE customer service literally cannot get a response back from these people. Never buying anything from this site again.

Not safe, I would give no stars if possible ordered a vape paid for next day delivery five days later nothing has arrived. They don’t answer the phone don’t bother leaving your phone number for a call back because they don’t call back. They don’t reply to emails… scam took my money but received nothing
