I called from Tennessee to order, and the guy/representative was very healthful, and I recieved what I ordered successfully today. No problem, and I will order again soon.

Not worth it. I bought the Kanger EVOD starter kit. They took the charger out the package and taped it to the back of the kit. They took two kits to make 1 kit. Crappy.

Ich meine, sie versenden am selben Tag, und es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, die auf der Website ANGEGEBENEN ZUSÄTZLICHEN KOSTEN für die LIEFERUNG innerhalb von ZWEI TAGEN zu bezahlen. Die E-Mail, die von diesem Verkäufer gesendet wurde, bestätigt meine Bestellung genau um 00:03 Uhr, einunddreißigster Juli. Nun, das Paket ist nicht hier. Es wird nicht erwartet, dass es frühestens am vierten August hier sein wird. Ich habe die Mathematik gemacht, das geht sicher nicht aufwärts. Pünktlichkeit ist relevant und Ihr Unternehmen hat dies nicht ausgeführt. Sie bieten eine Option an, die Sie nicht ehren. Vaporauthority Dies war mein erster Kauf und sicherlich ist es mein letzter Kauf, der Ihr Geschäft betrifft. Wenn ich wüsste, dass Sie nur locker die Versandzeiten usw. verwenden... Ich hätte die Hälfte von dem gespart, was ich dafür ausgegeben habe, verarscht zu werden, und genau die gleichen Artikel von vapesource oder anderen sorgfältig formulierten Informationen erhalten, um die richtigen Erwartungen zu setzen, Geschäfte, die ihre Kunden nicht völlig verarschen. Ein Tag ist ein Tag, also habe ich jetzt keinen Vape mehr so gut wie meine Frau, danke. Wir schätzen die Zuverlässigkeit, es ist sehr zuverlässig!

I placed an order that didn’t automatically add the excise tax my state imposes. Although my order had to be cancelled, I was contacted and had the process to remedy the issue explained to me, expeditiously. Despite my initial displeasure, I was very pleased with the communication and the resolution. I will definitely order from Vapor Authority again.

This company charges you about 30$ shipping for a tiny package that will cost them 3-5$ at most to ship. Especially in the same state. But yet when they get the package back as a return, they do not refund you any of that. had very high hopes to order a lot of things from them. Complete scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Bought an extra vape pod kit in case something happens to the only one I’ve got. Also, I ordered another pod juice with it since I’m running out. They gave me an extra pod juice I didn’t order as a gift, so I really appreciate that! Thanks so much! Would buy from again

I’ve ordered twice now and shipping is super fast! Great price and selections. Huge savings on e-liquid and Even bigger selection of e-liquid! It’s the only place I order E-Liquids from and the shipping is impressively fast (that’s just standard shipping not anything extra) they’re courteous and my orders have all been correct! I ordered the 7th at 9:50pm and (would have had it Friday or Saturday if not for Veterans Day! Huge thank you to the whole Vapor Authority team!! I’ll be ordering more real soon!! I got my mag solo kit today and I'm very impressed with Vapor Authority.I love the little black envelope with the receipt. Thanks for great service I will definitely use again.

I've order from vaporthority.com twice already. And I have not yet to be let down. Their prices are very affordable. So far they've seen to have the best prices when you try to compare their price to somewhere else and sometimes they still have or carry products that other websites don't because of it being either discontinued or they just don't sell it for whatever reason. But they're always having good sales and good prices on their products and I will continue to be shopping at vaporthority.com and they always include a thank you card with receipt and a little black envelope which is I think is very cool, most companies don't even say thank you inside the box they just hand you your product but they really do go above and beyond and I've am thrilled and will continue to keep buying from them.

I made a mistake on my order and It was to fix right away. Before shipment He actually Text me back And told me everything was fixed. Thank you so much vaper authority.

Vapor Authority is by far the BEST online vape store to buy from. I have dealt with other vape stores and unfortunately have received bottles that expired over a year ago which is a HUGE waste of money but not with Vapor Authority, everything they send me is up to date, packaged extremely well and I couldn't ask for faster shipping. Thank you for outstanding service!!

I have been using Vapor Authority for a while now and never had a problem with my orders. But my last purchase had a different flavour to what i usually receive.
So i decided to email Vapor Authority as to find out if there was an explanation.
I very quickly received a reply from Adam from customer relations. 2 very quick emails later the issue i had was resolved. What can i say? Excellent customer service from a top company. I will not go anywhere else for all my vaping needs. 5 stars thank you guys.

Their product is great but shipping is god awful. When I questioned they told me it’s the recently passed law that requires adult present to sign for it. Well some of us work for a living can’t just sit at home all day to sign for product you paid for. I’d been trying to reschedule with their sipping carrier GLS (the worst in the biz) good luck with that. Tried calling stayed on hold for 1 hr, and still no help. Recording kept saying to try chatting online for fast response same results there, crickets chirping. Good product but for delivery I give them zero. This is my 2nd time after the stupid law passed and no more. Gonna start visiting my local vape shop going forward.

Good service, good selection. It is SO hard to find a decent menthol vape juice at 0.6 that isn't a Nic Salt, but they have them here

I absolutely love vapor authority. I order my vape juice here at least once a month. I live in South Florida and I haven't been able to find a particular flavor that I love, that's when I found Vapor Authority. They have the flavor juice I love and the prices are great! I called another company I found first who said they would call me back but never did.( located in Florida).But Vape Authority was very professional and polite and filled and shipped my order within 24 hours.They also sent me an email with a tracking # to monitor my package. However I received my juice in 3 days WOW and that coming from California going to Virginia. You have a customer for life

After having my Geek Vape Aegis Boost Pro for several years it was time to upgrade. I found one on Vapor Authority’s (VA) website that was reasonably priced and so I ordered it. After receiving my Aegis Boost Pro I found that it must have slipped through QC because it just wasn’t working well at all. So I reached out to VA and started chatting with Adam and in two days time we figured out that I did receive a malfunctioning unit and Adam helped to get me a new one ordered and the malfunctioning one returned. Adam resolved this quickly and professionally! Great experience! They’ve earned them a loyal customer due to Adam…kudos Adam!
