On their site, they advertized the Pulsar Sipper Bubbler (wet one) with a picture at 134.95$
I added it to my cart without looking
completly missing there was an option for wet or dry one (my mistake) and then realized that the wet Sipper was not at 134.95$ but at 165.95$ as picture on the previous page was stating. Ive been arguing with these guys that this is milseading advertising and told me they had done nothing wrong and that they where totally within the law. Claiming not in the wrong, but they corrected the picture on their website right away.........for the dry one...so corresponding picture with corresponding price...
And repeating me over and over that they are a small familly business. What does it change, own up to your mistake. And that i make harsh comment that they dont deserve bla bla.
Reading reviews here on trustpilot, we can clearly see there is a pattern. The guy is never in the wrong and has got 2-3 pages of explanations/excuses of whys, and never owning up to his mistake. And i really dont care what you say about me, Pulsar is aware of your shady advertising and agrees with me....Anyways, that was my experience.

We completely disagree with your review and your version of events.
We can own a mistake when we make one. In this case, we did not make one. Even the screenshot you included says “FROM,” clearly indicating variant pricing.
You made the selection error, not us. The product page clearly had a variant selector. The item in your cart and at checkout clearly showed the version you selected — Dry Cup. At multiple points in the process, the difference between the Dry Cup and Bubbler was visible, including the product image.
It is not misleading for a product page to show one variant as the main image while allowing customers to choose another through a selector. That is standard ecommerce practice. After your complaint, we changed the lead image because you were a problem, but we did not agree with your assertion whatsoever. How you missed the dry cup image when selected, the selector text itself, “Dry Cup” in your cart, “Dry Cup” at checkout, plus the final email confirming “Dry Cup,” is difficult to comprehend. Customers are expected to pay some attention when selecting items before blaming a company for a common ecommerce practice.
We do not believe small businesses should have to tolerate abuse simply because a customer made a mistake. Being a small family business does matter in that respect because there are real people on the receiving end of that behavior.
We are happy to help reasonable customers. In this case, you were neither reasonable nor fair. You received prompt responses, multiple replies, plus a full refund. Yet you still launched a one-star campaign against us. The fact that you were ready to post one-star reviews on both Google and Trustpilot right away says everything about the type of “customer” you are.
Your response and reviews only confirm that losing your business is no loss at all.
