I like my product (decarboxilator) and it arrived super quickly. Dont get me wrong; a discount code would be a nice touch in your parcel, and keep me checking the site, but thats just me; I love a bargain. Everything about this purchase was nice and straightforward though, and they dont spam the hell out of you with emails after your purchase or anything like that, which I appreciate.

I had a charging issue with my latest vape, and within minutes it was resolved over email. Because it was within the year warranty, they replaced it immediately. Jessica dealt with it brilliantly.

Vape had been previously opened and did not work. they agreed to fix, not refund. \\Would have prefered a refund and use some other seller. \Not a happy deal.
