Received my first order today of black note special blend e-liquid from vapour.co.uk and sadly the eliquid arrived with no flavour added to it just plain pg/vg mix I have emailed customer service and have yet to receive any correspondence and with no number to call I am now out of pocket and liquid with no way of sorting the problem (update: Dom has been in touch with me and has given exceptional advise and customer service. I am currently waiting on my new liquid to arrive tomorrow and look forward to trying it out thank you Dom I look forward to ordering from you in the future 👍)
I recently bought a number of Black note vape juices from vapour.co.uk having not tried black note or the company previously. I was looking for something to reduce my cravings for rollies and stupidly bought 6 of the same juice rather than try a few varieties. I jumped into Prelude which for me was not what I was looking for in that the flavour is mild.
I contacted customer services and received the best service I have received from any company that I can remember. Dom responded, advising that Prelude is their best seller but appreciated that vaping is very much a personal thing and that whatever my decision was that they would ensure that I was happy with the end results. Over the next few days we messaged and Dom offered excellent advice, enquiring as to what kit I was using and the correct ohm for the coil for black note. Dom agreed to replace the unopened Prelude juice and exchange with a variety of other black note juices so that I could find something I liked.
I have only tried Sonata and Solo so far but like both. Having received such in depth advice and a no hassle exchange, I will use these guys for my future purchases and will highly recommend. I’m surprised at some of the poor reviews but for me personally I couldn’t be happier.

Considerable delay in delivery.
Royal mail still have not received the item after almost a week.
Love this company. Used them now for approx. 2-3yrs I think. Their products are great and their customer service is second to none. What more do you need. Initially there was a minor teething issues with packing in a certain product and they were honest and open and offered a refund which wasn't necessary. They now sorted the issue. Also anytime I've messaged to ask something or had an issue it is dealt with quickly and there's no mucking you around, just straight forward and really friendly. Finally normal human beings running a company.
Their quality didnt take long to shine through as they were often sold out of some of their best products, but even that they're addressing with new package deal options which I'll def b taking advantage of.
Nice to have a company I'm happy giving my money too and that can also deliver when they say they will (just order before the time on the website for next day).
Not sure what happened with the below negative reviews which is a shame as I said I've been really happy using them.

Sent a open disposal vape, phoned them got attitude, told all are packed with Cctv, which is either a lie or there not checking there orders properly, his attitude soon changed when I decided to cancel a current order, then told he was banning me from ordering again, so why did I cancel my order then and the attitude changedI phoned to discuss a issue got attitude instead from the start, until I cancelled my order, lost a genuine customer, all because of his attitude, order at your own risk as trying to discuss a issue, got attitude from the start

Great company with express delivery and very good customer service
Received my order of a disposable vape today and was horrified to read the packaging details.
‘Harmful to inhale.
Toxic if swallowed.
Fatal in contact with skin.
Wear protective gloves.
Why are you selling this product??
Who do you think would not inhale this e liquid and do you really think that people will wear gloves when vaping?

Have been with them for a number of years . Would not go elsewhere.
I contacted the company in an effort to find coils for an obsolete Uwell Crown 1 which i bought several years ago but had never used.
I was given a link to the coils which i ordered, these turned out to be the wrong coils, on contacting customer support on the Sunday i received a reply at 5.30 am on the Monday agreeing they made a mistake and saying the correct coils would be sent out first class, this is the type of customer service all companies should aspire to, 1st rate.
Great Vapour store - good variety of items, all authentic products, a wide variety of eliquids and free delivery over 20 pounds. Never had a problem with them and will buy from here again.
