From initial design to delivery every step is as smooth as can be, making the entire experience enjoyable. We took our wedding rings and my engagement ring for our complementary care and engraving service. The rings have always been beautiful and great quality, as has Vashi's service. Overall, really pleasant experience with the staff and the products too - would recommend! 😍

Unfortunately found out the company has gone into liquidation just before the wedding, left me in a difficult position. Luckily managed to sort out in time with another jeweller. Would recommend Grandeur Diamonds to anyone in a similar situation

VASHI STOLE MY ENGAGEMENT RING

Sent my fiancées ring off to be repaired, confirmed delivery at the store and have been dealing with liquidation firm and they have confirmed it wasn't part of the assets found. Can see from below other people are in the same position as me, liquidators provide zero help and just say to go through insurance. Insurance say its "Accidental Loss" so wont cover it. Thanks Vashi for adding unnecessary stress to the already stressful process which is sorting a wedding.

Company in liquidation
My engagement ring was in the convent garden store being repaired.
Found out by googling as realized something wasn’t right. Is anyone in this situation does anyone know how to get the ring back?

Ordered in November

Ordered an eternity ring back in November. Have been given various excuses over the months. Silly me I should have known something wasn’t quite right.
Currently hoping my credit card can deal with this matter.
I’m more annoyed that no email was sent from customer services explaining the situation. I found out by chance.

They stole our money!

Went in to liquidation and has taken our money! We ordered our wedding rings and were guaranteed they'd be ready for our wedding day. But instead they've gone bust and not said anything about our money.

COMPANY HAS GONE INTO LIQUIDATION.

PLEASE ANYONE WHO HAS STILL GOT OUTSTANDING ORDERS FROM VASHI WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED. IMMEDIATELY CONTACT YOUR BANK COMPANY FROM WHICH YOU PAID. SUBMIT A CLAIM AND STATE YOU NEVER RECEIVED GOODS AND THAT THE COMPANY HAS GONE INTO LIQUIDATION. MOST LIKELY YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND FROM YOUR BANK.

THE LIQUIDATORS WHICH ARE NOW IN CHARGE OF VASHI ARE MOST LIKELY GOING TO ENSURE TOP INVESTORS GET THEIR MONEY BACK BEFORE CUSTOMERS WHO BOUGHT JEWELLERY DO. IF ON THE UNLIKELY CHANCE YOU GET MONEY BACK FROM VASHI DIRECTLY IT MAY TAKE MONTHS. DO NOT HESITATE PROTECT YOURSELF AND CALL YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY.

Liquidated with no end in sight

Due to receive our rings this week. Find out via news outlets that the company has liquidated. No upfront message to customers about being liquidated. No response on where they are or whether we’ll get our money back.

We saw this coming months ago when they…

We saw this coming months ago when they failed to produce items we had ordered for our wedding and gave no credible excuse at the time. Just pleased we cancelled the orders and demanded our deposits back. I feel sorry for those now who may lose deposits etc. and also the staff.

Company have gone into Liquidation

Company have gone into Liquidation. For anyone experiencing supply delays, refunds, compensation etc. like myself, this would explain why.

Months and months of being lied to; I can only presume by VASHI colleagues who were unaware (to some extent).

I have just received news that the company have gone into liquidation.

Really positive experience dealing with the members of staff - who have obviously been lied to by their seniors.

I have my ring - I feel lucky. I feel terribly sorry for the majority of the workers and any customers who have lost their money.

No ring & no refund after 12 weeks

My husband bought my engagement ring from Vashi, 4 years ago. I have recently lost it, but decided to save up to replace it.

I placed the order in the first week of Jan and was told I would receive it in 8 weeks. At 10 weeks, I messaged them to ask for an update and my ring hadn’t even been started due to an issue in their supply. They offered me a 10% refund but said they couldn’t guarantee when it would be delivered. Fast forward 2 more weeks and not only do I not have any sight of when the ring would be ready, but I also don’t have the 10% refund either. I’ve now asked twice for a FULL refund before I take legal action, but nothing has arrived yet.

I’m very stressed about whether they are making genuine steps to give me a refund, and if not, why not?

I’m glad I’m not buying an engagement ring for someone in a rush- money taken & no sign of a ring, could be extremely stressful for someone in that situation.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH VASHI.

Missing ring... Defective engraving machine... hopefully there are no more issues.

Positive: The staff in the Covent Garden shop have always been very nice and apologetic.

Negative: A few weeks after buying two wedding bands I received an email asking me to set up an appointment to collect them. When I arrived to the shop only one of them was available. As you can imagine I was NOT happy at all. After a few investigations staff in the shop told me that the other ring was still being worked on and that they made a mistake when contacted me as only one was available, however they were initially not even sure which of the two rings I had received!! Fortunately a week later I got the second ring, as it was still not completed they allowed me to change the finishing (from polished to brushed).
Three months later I went to get the rings engraved. Keeping the story short... the engraving machine was not calibrated correctly, or it was broken, and the dates on the rings looked blurry and had some weird gaps (similar effect to when a printer is running out of ink). I was told they didn't know how long it would take to fix the engraving machine and so we left the rings in the store as the engraving needs to be removed and done correctly (we are not really in a hurry but I really hope this problem is resolved in one or two weeks).

I really hope that these two incidents that I experienced are very rare cases, and that I was just the unfortunate customer that I got problems in the two steps (purchase and engraving) of the process. As it stands, I am afraid I wouldn't be able to recommend them, even less if you have a tight deadline.

It honestly breaks my heart a little writing this review. What is meant to be a magical experience for an engagement ring and planned wedding rings, has turned in to a nightmare for OVER A YEAR.

We just want out of anything to do with them. I had my ring with them longer than it was on my finger to begin with. Lied to about the band being re-made, as it was 4 sizes too big, when in fact they just resized the same band after telling us it was remade and away for almost 12 weeks, completely deformed on my finger after about 4 week of wearing it again, and the diamond moving in the setting. Getting the truth or answers out them is stressful in itself. When we thought we had finished with dealing with VASHI my ring has completely deformed AGAIN! Now quoted 1.3k to have it made again from a jeweller, which I will be chasing for VASHI to pay for since they are incapable of doing so, what reputable jeweller needs 3 attempts to make a platinum band?

Staff in store are helpful however no training on how to deal with high priced items going wrong and getting a manager is like getting a good made ring here, IMPOSSIBLE

Not meeting indicated completion time and lack of communication

I purchased earrings as a surprise for my fiancée early January. I was promised that the piece would take up to 8 weeks to be made.

After 8 weeks, having not heard anything from Vashi but seeing that the order status had remained unchanged, I contacted customer service and was told that Vashi are experiencing supplier delays which are impacting completion time.

I have again contacted customer service more than 10 weeks after the order was made to ask for an update and got the same feedback. I asked for an ETA, but did not get any.

As previously mentioned, I have bought these as a gift which I am now unable to give and have no indication of when I will be able to receive the earrings. Furthermore, Vashi seem to have chosen to not communicate delays, but to wait for people to contact them. This is not an acceptable way to treat customers. This is also bearing in mind that I have obviously paid for the piece now more than 10 weeks ago.

This is very disappointing and I wanted to share it so that you can be aware this may happen if you purchase anything from Vashi

Top tier and truly personal customer…

Top tier and truly personal customer service. The staff are extremely friendly and made the experience of purchasing an engagement ring a very personal and engaging experience. Ymer and Louis were the staff members that assisted me in my consultation. Both were very professional and easy to talk to, maintaining a friendly interaction. The store is very welcoming and relaxing. At no point was it intimidating like other high-end jewellery stores. I had an extremely positive experience.

Almost 3 months and no wedding rings

I am very disappointed with Vashi as a company.

My fiancé and I went into the CG store to order our rings in early January. We purchased 2 rings and were told they would take 1-2 months to be made.

It’s now mid March and we have been told that due to a problem with their supply, they are unable to tell us when the rings will be made. We have wasted all this time and money and I have now requested a refund on the rings. They have said this will take up to 14 days to be processed and another 3-4 days for the money to be in my account. This is very frustrating, as we need this money back in order to purchase alternative rings. Weddings are stressful enough as it is; this is really disappointing from Vashi.
