Hey Donna,

Firstly I would like to apologise for any confusion or disappointment. The free welcome kits are offered to first time customers and delivered with first orders only, this is why your second order would not have been delivered with a kit as the system will have recognised your email address and removed the free product at checkout.

We have to do this to protect the business and from people abusing welcome offers (you would be surprised but this does happen unfortunately).

If you would like to reach out to our customer service team at hello@vavaverve.com a member of staff will be happy to provide more clarity if needed.

Kind Regards,
Charlotte @ Team Verve

Hey Katie,

We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we believe this review may have been left for the wrong company. We do not have any record of your order or communication with us and we do not sell Nut Milk Makers.

We’d love to help if you purchased from us!

If this review was intended for another company, we kindly ask you to update it so the right business can address your concerns.

P.S if you do manage to get your Nut Milk Maker successfully delivered, then we have an amazing Chocolate flavoured Honest Mushrooms blend powder which goes great with all kinds of milk! Reach out to hello@vavaverve.com for more info :)

We hope you get your Nut Milk Maker soon!

Hey Liatte,

Thank you for the feedback on Naked Beauty. We really appreciate it.

Taste can be subjective & we've had feedback from some of our other subscribers saying that they enjoy the product with sugar free oat milk, coconut water & with a drop of lemon juice.

Naked Beauty also contains 12g of protein per serving, so some of our subscribers have it with yoghurt or overnight oats for a protein packed breakfast.

Kind Regards,

Jono @ Team Verve

Hi there Vanessa,

We’re sorry that your initial order did not reach you as expected. Although our delivery performance is over 99%, unfortunately in this instance we failed on your expectation.

I am pleased to see that the replacement order was delivered on Tuesday at 15:41 and we hope you are enjoying the benefits of Transparent Greens V80, the only transparent greens on the market right now, which we think tastes amazing.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Kind Regards, Jono @ Team Verve

Hi there Karen!
I've noticed that whilst we replied directly to you on the 10th December - for some reason we did not reply to this review - please accept my apologies for the over sight.
It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with the powder not fully dissolving, which can sometimes happen when mixing powder-based supplements. Here are a few tips that might help:

Use More Water: Make sure you're using the right amount of water. Sometimes adding a bit more water can help dissolve the powder more effectively.
Use a Blender or Shaker Bottle with a Ball: While shaking is helpful, using a blender or a shaker bottle that has a mixing ball can provide a more thorough mix. The mixing ball helps break up clumps, ensuring everything is fully dissolved.
Shake Longer or in Short Intervals: Give it a longer shake or shake it in intervals, especially after it’s been sitting for a while. Let the drink rest for a minute, then shake it again.
Check Water Temperature: Warmer water can sometimes dissolve powders better than cold water, so try mixing with lukewarm water.
Add Powder Gradually: Try adding the powder slowly into the water while stirring or shaking, rather than all at once, to prevent clumping.
Alternatively, some customers have added tried the following:

Add a Slice of Lemon or Lime.: A bit of citrus can help enhance the flavour and make it more refreshing. You can either add fresh lemon/lime juice or a slice to your drink.
Mix with Juice: If you're looking for a sweeter taste, try mixing the greens powder with fruit juice (such as apple, orange, or pineapple) to mask the earthiness of the greens while still getting all the benefits.
Use Coconut Water: Coconut water is naturally slightly sweet and can provide a more pleasant taste while also adding hydration benefits.
Add a Natural Sweetener: You can add a small amount of natural sweeteners like stevia, honey, or maple syrup to adjust the taste to your liking.
Chill Your Drink: Serving the greens drink cold, with some ice cubes, can make the taste more enjoyable, especially if you're mixing it with something like coconut water or juice.
Let us know if we can do anything else for you - we're here to help.
Kind Regards
