We are really sorry for the experience you had with delivery. As a new brand we are doing our best to supply to our valued customers outside mainland UK with the best delivery as possible, granted we are on a journey of improvement as we always strive to be better.

The delivery outside mainland usually takes between 3-4 days and is free of charge for customers in the channel islands.

I want to assure you that this not the standard service we aim to provide and we sincerely apologise.

We would like to correct your experience in anyway we can, if you could please reach out to us using your preferred method and we can look to remedy this situation and serve you better next time.
