I bought two bunny bonnets from this shop. The white one was perfect—super cute and well‑made. The brown and blue one, which was the one I was most excited for, was made completely differently. The ruffles were much wider and it fit very weirdly on my head. Like it was so ugly and disappointing.

I emailed customer service and sent photos (which they asked for), but instead of offering an exchange or refund, they basically said their products aren’t high quality because they’re a small company. It’s deflection, especially since one bonnet was made well and the other wasn’t.
