Vedaoils レビュー 

I had a really nice, kind of excellent experience with VedaOils. The products were good quality, and they were well packed too, they arrived on time which was great. I found the ordering process fairly simple, and the whole thing felt professional, pretty smooth really.

I bought some blue lotus essential oil from Vedaoils earlier this year based on the information provided on the product listing that the oil was organic. I ordered a number of other products at the same time to make paying for the international shipping from India feel more worthwhile (but if I hadn't wanted organic blue lotus essential oil, I wouldn't have placed an order with them at all). After a lot of emails back and forth, I was told "We would like to clarify that the term “organic” used from our end refers to the product being processed and maintained as per our standard quality parameters." i.e it's not actually organic, they seem to have their own definition of the word. After I complained that I was not happy and had bought the product based on factually incorrect information, I was told the matter was being reviewed with the senior team. Despite a number of follow up emails from me, it took the senior team a month to respond and the cost of the blue lotus oil was then refunded. But their website still states that it is organic even now about a week after the refund was issued. I have wasted a ridiculous amount of time emailing them. My time is definitely more valuable than the amount of the refund. And they refused to refund the shipping or even a portion of it, despite the fact I would not have placed an order at all if they weren't lying on their website.

Please DO NOT BUY from Veda oils. Its only liquid mineral oil with strong synthetic fragrance and nothing else. Nothing is genuine or natural, all products are purely synthetic.
