We would like to clarify that while VedaOils UK services customers in the UK, our products are dispatched from our central warehouse, which is mentioned in our shipping policy. Customs duties or import taxes are unfortunately beyond our control and are governed by the regulations of the destination country.

Please note that our return policy, including the 72-hour window, is in place to ensure efficient processing and product safety. It is a concentrated form intended for specific formulations and not for culinary use or direct consumption in its raw state.

Regarding the batch number and labeling, we follow strict quality and documentation protocols. While not all packaging may include batch numbers visibly on the label, we provide complete technical documentation, including the Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), upon request.
