Even after repeated reminders not received invoice and Shea butter container is not sealed. All labels are hand written

Flavour is good but price is little higher

After 3 weeks, I still have not received my items. I have emailed them, I have called them several times at the number listed on the website, to no avail. They have not communicated in any meaningful way. I regret not checking reviews online. I've been taken for $279. There are 2 people on Facebook marketing what a great company they are and perhaps they were at some point, but the last 6 month reviews show there is some sort of scam going on.

Genuine oils at good prices, though rates could be further reduced. Sturdy packaging.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MATERIAL. EVEN AFTER A WEEK. WHAT REVIEW YOU EXPECT?

I am so upset that I did not read these reviews before I made a purchase of $113. I ordered essential oils tea tree, rosemary, lavender and hair and health oils. The lavender oil has very little scent as well all the other oils smell the same. I did not receive what is pictured on there website. I received hand written labels in tin cans that were dented. Total rip off. I sent them an email and pictures haven’t heard back yet and after reading other reviews here I don’t expect to. I am reporting them to the better business bureau.
Update: Received an email from India not USA as they have their address listed on their website as Virginia Beach, Virginia, telling me that tea tree oil smells like peppermint etc. still waiting on return information. I turned it over to PayPal, hopefully they can get my refund for me.

I got broken jars. I complained about the same and no one has contacted me.

Absolutely atrocious company and even worse products. Take your money and burn it and you will be better off than place an order with them. Be warned and read the reviews, because they will scam you. We have ordered for 70.000 and the order never received us. I have been emailing them for 5 months and they simply say we will not help you or refund you. We have received 2 orders before and the quality is so low that our lab even said do not use this. In these orders they just send different powders and oils while we ordered the same. The colors were different, smell and viscosity. We mailed them and they just say its the same, while the pictures we send were completely different. Really, take this advise and of all the other negative reviews: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered few items from Vedaoils for Rs 3600 plus, ORDER V34554. I was surprised that I am unable to view my orders and the status of it; absolutely no details is given! I had sent mails also, your response to my mails doesn't even mention my concerns about my order. Finally,I recd a mail that you have couriered my items via DTDC,now it is the 5th day, and items still not delivered...!!
