My experience with Veeam has been positive. It's proven reliable in critical moments—like recovering systems within hours after failure. Key features like Instant VM Recovery and SureBackup give me confidence that backups actually work when needed. Veeam also continuously innovateswhile reducing admin time—one company cut backup management workload by 50%. It's clear Veeam delivers on its promise of data resilience.

Every few months, some backup job repository gets corrupted and we loss all backup.

I found in Veeam a powerful product that permit me to debug situations checking the flows of data and goods in the past days. This permits to me to understand root causes if I found discrepance that in first analysis seemed not recoverable: the opportunity to publish SQL databases without restore is a very powerful and unforgivible tool.

We have been a Veeam customer for a number of years, and during that time, the product has got better and better. Veeam is an innovator when it comes to backup technology and the best of breed. We have never had an issue with the product; it just works. To demonstrate how integral Veeam is embedded into our solution, it is the foundation of our Disaster recovery procedure.

We use it to do replicas to two separate locations, and an off-site copy of our data resides in a remote location with one of our replicas, meaning we can spin up all our key workloads in 7 minutes flat and carry on working. This is tested and verified every 3 months, so we know it works, and it has never failed us.

Trust me, being an ex-pre-sales infrastructure consultant and now using the product in anger, you will not find a better backup solution on the market that you can set and forget.

Veeam Backup and Replication solution has been a part of our environment for many years. The version 13 has got a much lower management and maintenance overheads compared to the previous release. Also, I feel that we are valued as a customer and our feedback is listened to. The integrations with various platforms help mitigate the virtualisation market uncertainty.

State of the art backup software, and extremely easy to use as well. Would recommend for both SMB and enterprise use. Feature development is good despite their market dominance, which I do appreciate as a customer.

I think this Veeam company listen ti the needs and then put them with solves in the applications.
The sales system from Veeam is very powerfull and always active.
I also like the colour of the brand ;) (a little non-objective opinion).
The app is doing its daily job and this is safe and peaceminding.

We use Veeam almost exclusively in our enterprise landscape to backup our ERP systems, Mfg systems and most other applications. This includes creating onsite backups, offsite backups and offsite replicas for DR failover capability. We have also deployed immutable Veeam backup servers to protect against malware threats.

The whole process, from the very beginning, the first contact with the company's sales representative, to the final implementation of the product, was excellent. All the representatives were friendly and helpful, and it was a pleasure to work with them. Ultimately, the Veeam backup product is an excellent solution and we are very happy with all segments of the product.

Simple to install, simple to manage, simple to upgrade. High performance with direct SAN backup from storage snapshots.
Works very well with our Scality object storage with very high throughput on restore (1GB/s per vmdk).

I've been using Veeam for many years and they continue to develop their range of solutions. I find Veeam Backup and Replication, Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 very reliable. Veeam also provide very good support as and when there are issues.

Over the years our experience with Veeam have been excellent. The tool does what it says 'on the tin'. No fuss. Set it and let it do its job. Our account management team keep us fully abreast of developments and roadmaps. Technical support is timely and effective.
