Veeps is a great idea terribly executed.

1st they make it VERY tiny the fact you don't get to keep the show... it only lasts for a few days. But they don't say it on the checkout, which makes me think it's not legally correct.

You paid for something thinking you can keep but when you read the very small letters and decipher what "rewatch" is you figure out it's for a limited amount of days. I'd categorise as a scam because NOWHERE in the checkout it confirm the time restriction like a rental.

We bought the AJR show "Somewhere in the sky tour" and the audio kept cutting off on the second song. We decided to skip the second song, start the app again just to see it happen again and again. We couldn't finish watching due to audio problems.

Reading other comments here I'm expecting an even worse experience now that I'm chatting with support.

I am totally unable to view the Brandi Carlile concert that I paid for on my LG Smart TV.

I have used Veeps twice to watch Lucy Thomas concerts. An advertisement came up to rewatch the September concert, which I chose to do and purchased it on the site. After accepting my purchase, the website said the concert had expired and was unavailable. I wrote to Veeps for a refund. They offered for me to watch the Christmas concert again. I said that was not the one I wanted and to please issue a refund. They wrote back to say they would release the expiry and gave me only one day in the middle of the week to watch the concert. I wrote to them again and said it was unacceptable and wanted a full refund. They then claimed it was not in their terms and conditions. I asked them if offering expired concerts was in their terms and conditions. I have yet to receive a refund.

Rented the Ghost Movie “Rite here rite now” to watch with a friend. Everything worked out quite well. The 4k quality was pretty good, even after screen mirroring the movie from my phone to the TV. There even was some Q&A content with Tobias Forge that came with the movie. The only thing that was a little annoying was, that every time I paused the movie and my phone had locked itself, after pressing play the movie had been skipped back about half an hour, so I had to search where we left off every time we had to pause. Other than that we all in all had a great experience.

Garbage. Waste of money and time watching mostly pixilated, frozen, no sound, patchy sound, no video, time frame cut short. Don’t waste your time wanting to watch a live stream. No offer of refund or partial refund. It’s not their problem apparently..
